Livingood's Appliance & Bedding — Attraction in Pooler

My washer's latch was broken on April 1st so I called Livingoods to get it repaired as I bought the machine there. They had me pay for the part and labor up front and said the part should be in 7 to 10 days. After around the 8th day they said it wasn't in and they eluded that it looks as though it wasn't ordered right so ordered it again. A week after that they said it was in and set the appointment for repairs on Monday 04/21. I stayed home that morning and after no one showed up I called and a "glitch in their system" happened and I was never in the listing to get repairs! They said I'd be the first one to get fixed on 04/22 and by the time I see the confirmation text its after hours and set it for 11:30 am to 1:30pm!!! 3 weeks with a broken machine and got nothing but a run around. Was looking for a new dishwasher and was having no luck. Saw Livingoods in Pooler. Did not know they had a store in Pooler but am very glad we found it. Chris could not have been nicer and he was knowledgeable about their products. He answered all my questions and even told us about other features of the dishwashers that we wouldn't have thought to ask about. Of course we bought the dishwasher. It was a great buying experience and beat the heck out of other places we had looked where we couldn't even find anyone to answer questions. I completed the survey I received, but it does not provide the opportunity to enter comments. I had a refrigerator delivered on May 8. We asked the delivery team to move our old fridge to the garage. Both men were very friendly and courteous. They did a wonderful job moving and installing both appliances. They cleaned up the shipping materials and took with them. Everything was working properly with both appliances. They gave me instructions on priming the water and ice dispenser on the new refrigerator.
