Fun Zone — Attraction in Pooler

7/30/23 I wish I could give zero stars. I would never bring my daughter and little cousins here ever again. We came today about 2:30pm and confusion had already started about the sizes they should be to get in karts which was understandable. My problem came when we went inside we ordered a package with the pizza and large pitcher and 20 gaming card for 34.99. We specifically asked the young lady behind counter who looked like she was in highschool she told us they come with free refills. We didn't mind buying a refill if needed we just wanted to be sure. We are literally 400 dollars in at the place anyway. Now we are ready for a pitcher refill we are being charged again so we explained what was told to us to get laughed at in our face even explaining to the young lady what was said so unprofessional. Instead of explaining it was a mistake maybe she was new whatever the case was misinformation was giving instead of being told that it was a laughing matter. We described the young lady they said she went home when we seen here literally 40mins later. Either way seems like it's a lot of teens running the inside and very impolite and rude. And to think we spent over 400 in food and kart passes with games will never again! This is and establishment ment for kids to have a good time I really didn't appreciate the the young lady at the end either ringing the prizes up when we started getting the kids prizes you can see on her face she didn't want to help us. And the whole time had and attitude this thing really messed our girls day up with the kids. So never again and I wouldn't recommend.I understand these teenagers need a job but at the same time treat the people that's keeping you in business nice and respectful I feel they must've felt me and my husband was really young but it was disrespectful in front of the children. Heed my warning save your money take your kids elsewhere. Overrated anyway!!! And we stayed for about 3hrs only because we payed well over 400 with passes and loading the kids cards and the food so that's the only reason we didn't leave nor ruined the girls fun more even though there feelings was...

The Fun Zone was a bit disappointing. Two regular go kart tracks are OK but it takes so long between groups. You stand in line waiting while the driving sessions are as short as 5 or 6 minutes then it takes 8-10 minutes to switch drivers between sessions. We waited through two to four cycles to get our opportunity to drive. You can wait 30 minutes or more before you get your 5 minutes behind the wheel. In the 3 hours allotted in our 3 hour tickets, we did each track once and only one side of the golf course. We did pay extra to get drive on the "banked" oval track. What a joke! Yes the carts are faster and larger but the track is extreamly uneven. There is a large dip as you go through the banking on one end. The cars beat you to death bouncing up and down. No one really goes on this track and it sits dormant most of the time. We had no ideas as this was our first time at the venue. We had to wait 15 or 20 minutes for a staff member to come to the banked track and then only four of the six carts worked so one of the people in our group could not go with us. DON'T pay extra for the banked track! We didn't have any time to play in the arcade. As far as the concessions, the prices were ridiculously high. They price things like you are at Disney World. The carts are not balanced and some are quicker than others. If you have a quick one, you pass everyone and if you have a slow one, you are just a spectator. The worst part is there was a group of older boys who apparently are frequent guests. They know which carts are quicker and were intentionally bumping other karts. One of them kept pushing our 9 year old granddaughter. My wife reported it to the staff and they didn't do anything. Our guess is the staff knows these boys and may even be friends. This place needs adult...

It's Fun but so disorganized We had a birthday party. We had to remind them we were there. Very busy and packed.. We arrived at 2pm scheduled time for tge party. Eventually food was brought to the party room Most of the pizza was overcooked,burnt. Go cart options are nice kiddie go cart was a hit as kids could drive themselves. Mixed track adults can drive younger kids and kids at a certain height can drive themselves. 11 year ild girls loved they could drive themselves the rest of the kids 9amd under needed an adult but they loved it. So did adults. Draw back on mix track two drivers did not listen at start one lane at a time. Well two carts were wedge together so bad it took 45plus minutes to get them unwedged. Recommendation have person announcing lanes hold a flag and say One lane can go when I point and waive my flag at that lane. One lane at a time! Mini Gold challenging enough to be entertaining nothing spectacular just ok it. Arcade well it's an arcade so way loud and kinda of small and jammed with lots of things to suck up all your money. KIDS LIKE IT! thats the point. so a Win.. Slashes were a hit too And the bumblebee ride is ok but a 3year old with us though it was fantastic needed an stilt to ride so every adult rode twice with this 3year old. Other kids one ride and they wre on yo other things. It's nit cheap but it entertained the 7 kids we had for quite a while -over three hours. Well we did sit in the party room for 50 min before we came out and asked why we were waiting with no food etc. We will go again it's lots of fun. Know your budget because everything is either through the all day band cost or Ala cart. Get the band. we did everything...
