Will Anthony Permanent Cosmetics & Advanced Training Center — Attraction in Port Charlotte

Owner did eyeliner. They talk a big game about how he trains people on permanent makeup. I think he did an okay job (one side is thicker than the other even after the touch up though).

His bedside and office manner was horrid though in my opinion: sarcastic, rude, abrasive, negative. Hiding a fragile ego behind all the tattoos and nastiness?

Looks like he responds with mean attack to any post that does not glorify him as a king. So, I expect a feisty response even though I won’t be watching for it. Just talking straight facts here so others can weigh info from all reviews.

We didn’t like the way he bossed his assistant (girlfriend/wife?) around either. She is gorgeous, seemed sweet and smart. It seemed odd that she woud endure that.

In my opinion, he was hostile toward people who dared to have a different opinion than his. Most of his jokes (usually at others’ expense) weren’t really funny in our opinion. I think he needs to feel like “the smartest guy in the room.”

And the tattooing is super painful even after numbing.

If you can deal with his apparent ego (or hidden low self esteem which is sad) and intense pain for an hour, go for it.

But-...

I did not end up getting permanent eyeliner from here but 2 of my friends and I were going to go here but we had a problem booking in, probably because they are so busy. I am no longer interested in permanent makeup but I am in the beauty business and I refer people to Will Anthony all the time because I have seen his work on clients throughout Florida and it’s PERFECT! The only one I would trust. I don’t even know Will Anthony personally but he is a world renowned Permanent Makeup Artist throughout the beauty community. I have recommended several people to train with him or book and I would have chosen him if I wanted to pursue permanent makeup or have anything done myself based off of his excellent work. The reason I leave this review for someone I don’t even know is because the market is saturated with “professionals” who claim to be excellent but his work in permanent makeup artistry is truly outstanding, precise and the best I have seen! I have seen so many botched jobs for people that market themselves really well and when you’re getting permanent makeup on your face it’s important to go...

I took Wills Stretchniques webinar a few months ago and I was pleased w it, he shares his stretches, best practices and even demo's his technique. When I took Stretchniques I'd already been thinking of taking his Smokey lash enhancement class and when I saw how well put together and what amazing content the webinar had, I knew I needed to take his class. Ok I took my fundamental permanent makeup class a year ago and while I loved doing liner I was so nervous to do a powder brow. Wills knowledge, experience, the way the information was layed out, his work and the whole experience of the class were incredible and the catalyst I needed to come back to my studio and practice what I've learned. The eyeliner and brows that I've done since his class are levels above the work I was doing before.

Whether you get your permanent makeup done by him or take his class or both. It's money well...
