Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I'm visiting my dad. I'm from Michigan. We decided to go to subway, my favorite sub place. I've never had any problems with any subway in any state... except today. The girl was rude. Spoke to my dad like he was stupid. Told him to "Read" the menus because she "don't know everything on the menu." Wouldn't honor his footlong coupons because it all had to be the same meat. Which I've never had that problem at any Subway. She continued to be rude. Then when my dad... a Vietnam Vetran, asked if they have military discounts. She replied no. He said really? I never had that problem before. Then she continued to be very rude and sarcastic telling him nowhere in this part of Florida. He advices her yes. She told him "Then you should go there." I tried to bite my tongue, but that was too far. I will not tolerate anyone speaking to my dad in any disrespectful way... not only is he my dad but he's a man who served our country and should be respected... period. I looked at my dad and said... "We are not eating here or are you paying for food from here. She's rude. Let's go." All this in front of other customers. We walked out. Not only did they lose customers, they lost out on money because she had to throw out the subs she made. Never ever would I suggest this particular subway to anyone. I'm appalled of her behavior and she should be ashamed of herself for...

Service is quick and friendly. Kept spotless on the inside, and plenty of seating during peak hours at lunch time.

If you buy a sandwich and drink on any Saturday here and sit by the front windows all day with a laptop, you can witness old people try to kill themselves with their cars at the badly designed intersection out front. On any given day there's at least one accident involving a totaled car. It's nice entertainment, but do bring a working cellphone along in case anything serious happens too. Most are just insurance nightmare wrecks, but there are a couple that have serious injuries some...

I went on once before and had a bad experience but decided to give a second chance. Big mistake. They have the worst customer service and tried to charge us more money than posted.they list a two dollar more side salad if order a sub which I asked for, then tried to charge me $6.00 for it. Also tried to charge a friend that was with us $4 .00 more for their order. Lady was abrasive and argumentative. Would not acknowledge her mistake. She was rude. I will not go their again. Better subs at Publix. Fresher, better quality and worth a buck more. Friendly service at Publix and...
