Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

I placed a mobile order through their app thinking it would be quicker and easier(as every other restaurant that has an ordering app). Boy was i wrong. Placed the order at 5:45. Arrived to the location at 6:05(email i received stated it would be ready then). I arrive and let them know im picking up an order. Medium cheese pizza and 6 piece wings. Easy order nothing special. I pay for it and am told to wait a few minutes. I usually dont mind waiting as i understand they may have others ahead of me waiting. The place looked dead. Only 2 people dining in. I saw about 5 employees that by sounds of it appeared to be bored out of their minds. So i waited. My wife is in the car waiting with the car on and a 3 year old hungry wanting pizza. I wait 5 minutes. 10. 20. 30. Minutes. At this point im about to ask someone whats going on. Well, it seems like everyone disappeared. No one to be seen. 45 minutes later, someone comes to the counter and asks what im waiting for. I calmly reply, my order that i have been waiting for over half an hour. She states that she doesnt know why its taking long. Goes to the back and returns 5 minutes later and gives me my order. At this point i just take it and leave. I wish at-least i could say the pizza was good but no. I hate writing bad reviews but honestly i couldn’t just let this go and feel the need to warn others to stay away from this location. Ordered tonight as we do almost 2-3 times a month on Fridays (easy peasy night). My pizza arrived in a reasonable time as usual and I plated my children's and husband's food as usual. I go to make mine and hear my daughter say hers is "mushy" so I start to investigate. At my complete disgust I find the entire pizzas BOTH are saturated and complete mush. I had to call 5 times to get in contact with the location. Finally get in touch with the location after 8pm. Granted they did offer to replace or credit I declined. 1) 2nd order in a row wrong or bad last was March 1st 2) my kids need to go to bed I can't wait another hour + for food..... They denied me a refund saying "well you signed for it at the door"... Next time I'll inspect the entire order top to bottom prior to accepting. The manager at the location did refund after cooperate (which they automatically send you to if the store doesn't answer in 3 rings) ran me around for 30 min..... One Mama Bear that is mad. Very fast and very accurate. I ask for well done pizza and I get well done pizza cooked to my perfection. The seasonings are epic, even on the breadsticks. Your wings are amazing and the hottest buffalo wings actually have some heat to them. I just moved to Port Charlotte, FL. I purposely ordered from Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Cesars, and Papa Johns (gotta love being able to do that!). Pizza Hut here is easily #1 except for the crust thickness below the toppings where Dominos does take the top spot. Also your prices are higher but are acceptable due to the quality. If I could recommend anything it would be to thicken the dough below the toppings just a bit and keep doing what you are doing. Also, if you could have a gluten and dairy free pizza option then my family could also enjoy your awesomeness! Oh one last thing, if you save some pizza for the next day and reheat it on a pizza stone, it's at least just as good as when it is delivered. And doesn't stink up the fridge like...
