Horrible customer service. Messed up not only our order but the poor woman in front of us in line as well. Which happens at times, it was towards the end of the shift and pretty busy considering. When confronted about the issues with the order Cherry got really nasty with her attitude. We asked for the sauces that were supposed to come with the order and let her know the ice creams were wrong. After trying to explain she already charged us for the sauces and didn't get them (showed her everything we had food wise even and the receipt) we gave up and went to pay for them. She got even more upset when my husband went to put it on his debit card or give her 100 dollar bill because that was all he had on him she took the 50 cents out of her tip cup and threw a fit about it. Which didn't even need to be done if she would have actually listened instead of freaking out. When I spoke to the manager about Cherry's behavior and the mistakes made with the food/ice cream, she informed me and another woman who was also trying to get her order corrected, that her "aunt owned the place" and to "go ahead and call her because she can do whatever she wants and doesn't have to correct the mistakes or give refund " on the food that was not made to order and the melted ice creams that were the wrong flavors. The other woman had received some wrong items as well, no bacon on her fries and her drinks were wrong I believe. A few of the young girls there started calling us names and making faces while my family sat and I let my kids finish their food . Very "classy" establishment full of rude young ladies. I spent almost $50 to receive cold food and warm ice cream, all wrong and full of attitude. Even gave a $10 tip after ordering. Used to love this location but will not return again. Should have waited to tip apparently, complete waste of money and a disheartening experience. First time I have felt the need to give a completely negative review and I am not happy about that either. As I read other reviews that are as of late I see that I am not the only one.

Read moreFirstly, when I was placing the order whoever was on the intercom was rude and pushy (maybe kenedy?). We almost drove off to start from that. Then we get our food/treats. We ordered a parfait for my 1st daughter...NO NUTS, it says this on the receipt, what we got was an ice cream FULL OF NUTS. Do you realize how dangerous that is? When it comes to peanuts, your staff should be more mindful. Next I ordered a vanilla with my 2nd daughter's kids meal, I was given chocolate. Lastly my 3rd and final daughter had barley any receese in her blizzard. The only thing that was right, was fried (tenders and fries). Unacceptable and off putting experience to say the least.
Follow up: I spoke to the "manager".. the absolute ONLY thing she seemed to want to address was the one staff member on the intercom. "I will speak with Kenedy". How about the other 3 MESS UPS, the 85% of my order incorrect?
We won't be back ever, to many good Ice cream shops around that take pride.

Read moreI just want to say, these hardworking ladies I saw yesterday made my day! And not only due to the ice cream they served. I just came from across the street at Winn-Dixie and had my debit card close by knowing I was going to be using it again soon. Once I ordered for my son and myself, pulled up to pay and couldn’t find my card anywhere. I apologized to the sweet young lady, while frantically searching for my card, she was so sweet and said, “ it’s ok, take your time,” with sincerity. I thanked her and while still looking asked if I could pay with Apple Pay, she replied “yes” then I realized I’ve never actually done that before… she must have known by the look on my face and stuttering I needed more help, she calmly asked for me to lock my phone (I did) and then asked me to double push that same side button (again, I did). And Whallah! My card popped up I said “ I knew r KNEW that!!” and she scanned it and sweetly stated, “ See you were meant to come see me today!” They were amazing and kind even though so busy!...
