If you buy something and is needing to return/exchange anything i do not recommend doing it at this location , twice now I have ordered items from Bath and body works online and items have came damaged . I go to the location on cascade station , I offered my receipt with the order number attached and the worker insist that she does it as a non receipt return , as I try to exchange items evenly she proceeded to have me pay full priced for the same exact items that I’m exchanging for (I was just swapping out the damaged items). And then she fully does a return without my knowledge knowing I wanted to do an even exchange that I expressed it 4 times . She had me trying to pay $18 each per sale item I originally got for $.5.95 , I came to the store the same exact day I received my package .to avoid any conflict I then tell her to just return all of the all 9 items I initially wanted to exchange for and requested that she just do it right and use my receipt to return it to My card and so it’s documented , as I’m leaving the store I realize I was short of what I initially paid for (my total price was $101 and I returned 9 items of what my full order consist of , I walked back into the store and spoke with the manager just to find out that the girl didn’t even scan all of the 9 items I wanted to return ,so I was only refunded short of what im I paid for and she had procession of all of the items .I do not recommend this location at all. This is the second time this has happened . I was refused a receipt. Which if I didn’t check my BBW account for My order history i wouldn’t have had the proof of what the lady was doing I had to search my email for it , shop at this location as your own risk and she wouldn’t let Me use my rewards coupon for a separate purchase which was was a free body care item up to $16. And Ps. There was a total of 21 items at the counter . All for even exchanges 9 items plus 3 additional items I was going to purchase separately using a coupon and to get a candle. It was embarrassing to have to put everything back because this worker refused to let me do an even exchange for items that was...
Read moreFor those aware of the b&b "rewards" program, you also know that this supposed program has been " in the works" for going on 3 years now. I know that CA, Or, and WA can not accept the reward certificates in ANY of the stores. If you order online you pay S&H, so I thought I would redeem me 3 "rewards" before they expired and I lost them by ordering online to pick up in store. I carefully selected my items being certain they were within the specified guidelines. During this process I experienced a problem and called customer service. Apparently if the item for which you are purchasing is on sale, the "reward" only applies to the FULL retail price of said item. So I adjusted my cart accordingly and again went to check out. What a surprise to find another issue. Again I called customer service. This time I was told that if the cart total is $0 the system WILL NOT allow it to be processed. I was told to add another item for a few dollars and it would process. I had to ask the representative to repeat that. Basically you spend money with this company to receive these "rewards" only to have to spend more money to redeem them. After pointing this out to a customer service supervisor and asking how this was in ANY way a reward, was met with a speechless supervisor who did nothing more than reiterate the obviously canned, blanket response. I then asked if these could be put on a gift card to which I was given an incredulous no and was quoted the "reward" policy" and that the "rewards" have 0 monetary value. So my question at this point is 1) how is this in ANY way considered a "reward" 2) why in 3 years is there still no west coast store that can accommodate this so called "reward" program and why are they pushing it here? I know for myself this has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will certainly think twice about spending my hard earned money with what appears to be just another money hungry, deceptive retailer taking advantage of unsuspecting customers under the guise of a "rewards" program. B&B should be ashamed...
Read moreJust wanted to give a huge thanks and shout out to the Employee named Liselle, she was very attentive and you could tell her head was on a swivel-everytime I looked confused Liselle was always there to ask if I needed assistance or had any questions . Had a really wholesome conversation and she seemed genuinely interested in helping and not trying to rush off to the next Customer. Love the Rose Water & Ivy collection and they just didn’t seem to have any of the softer fragrance mist sprays for 16.95$ in that scent but Liselle was determined to help me find my next favorite Floral Scent.
A lot of the testers for the concentrated sprays didn’t have Testers available so had to spend about 2 minutes trying to constantly harass employees for testers and Liselle was overhearing my partner and I and She suggested trying smelling lotions or candles that I never thought of before and it was just really nice having that extra reminder there’s more than 1x way to test a scent at the store which I’ve never had that interaction with a B&BW Employee before. It was just really wholesome feeling like Liselle cared about my shopping experience and making it pleasant/fun as possible!
Please consider giving Liselle a raise within the next 3 months, that’s quality professionalism you can’t buy/pay for. She is also a Mother and it’s almost Mother’s Day! She deserves a spa day!
No this isn’t a ChatGPT review and I have 0 affiliation with ANY B&BW Employee! Congratulations you got a 5 star from a Adult on...
