EZ FREEZY — Attraction in Portland

Some of the best frozen yogurt I have ever had. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The store was extremely clean and spotless considering the kind of store it is. The yogurt is priced by the ounce .41 per oz. You can also help yourself to at least 30 additional toppings, all of which are delicious. Anything hot fudge to crumbled Oreos to gummies. They are served in a tub with a waffle cone to hold it all in. This establishment is self serve as well. So you may get as little or as much as you would like. They have shakes as well. Their yogurt comes in about 12 to 14 different flavors, from chocolate, mango, pomegranate, to egg nog etc. I highly recommend this establishment. It is top notch in every sense of the word. Come score and enjoy all that this place has to offer. We'll probably run into you there? If anyone in these reviews slams this place or they say it's bad service, dirty, or what ever do not believe it. I've read the reviews and the negative ones are unfounded. We never had to ask for sample cups, they were right there on the counter. The employees were very friendly and helpful. This place was spotless. My family was excited to come to a new place last night which looked like a very nice place to come into but did not feel welcomed at all. as we walked up to open the door a girl with short hair and a nose ring rolled her eyes and then coming in she told us they closed in 14 min and walked off. We just wanted to get something and leave so it wasnt going to take us much time. Coming to a New place it would of been nice to have some decent customer service instead of being treated as a nuisance. There were 3 employees but they were all busy. One on his phone hanging on side of counter another mopping which she was actually kind. and the other one who greeted us with when they closed was in the back until we were putting our yogurt on the scale to pay. Which by the way it only took us 7 minutes total since she informed other people who came in as we left. This is the first fro yo place ive been to that had such poor customer service. We did not feel welcomed at all and I hope it gets better cause i am not sure if we will return and my family...

The fro yo was ok don’t recommend buying their pretzels I was standing there at cashier place 7 mins to assist me i tried getting their attention multiple times but they were in the back on their phones I had to open the door and close it so it alarms them that someone is there when I asked for the pretzels it took me a while to pay for them they helped a person behind me before me and I paid for cheese dip already and she goes back and then in few minutes after I got my pretzels she said we are out of cheese dip and then I was frustrated she said she will go look for it I think she was just lazy to get me some 10min later after my pretzels got cold she brought out the cheese dip and said they found it and the pretzel tasted old it I had to put in force to rip it apart I’m probably never...
