Had a horrible accident where I got rear ended at the time my body was just sore but nothing serious but as the days keep going I started to feel pains on my back nothing serious but definitely not normal at this point I didn’t had a lawyer and insurance seemed to eager to close the case it gave me a bit of red flags but I kept going with it until they try to offer me money besides my car getting fixed and they send some eForms for me to sign and all I can say is that they mention many times to you were refusing your rights to many things and that was a mayor red flag I decided not to sign they got mad and try to flip it on me but i told them I didn’t fully understand what I was signing and that I was going to seek legal help, then I took the car to a shop that I trust and they immediately got worried about me after watching the damage done to my car they recommended me to Portland Legal Group, I felt like they were worried about me since day 1 follow their instructions went to all my appointments and turned out couple of my spine’s disc were injured the pain got worse with the months going by and slowly started getting better but had few procedures that would’ve been costly but thanks to Xuan and Hugh everything was covered by the insurance without me ever having to deal with them at all, they are pretty straightforward and wont sugar coat anything that’s what I like the most about them I never felt like my time was being wasted and the compensation was a surprise for me, having in mind that the insurance offer me about $700 before I hire Portland Legal Group and finding out that my back was messed up due to the accident and everything I went through, but it can’t be compensated with any amount of money they still manage to get me more than 20x what the insurance initially offered to pay me, this is not about the money but about your health and quality of life but just knowing that the insurance try to scam me and take advantage of my me for not knowing my rights makes me happy I went the legal route without ever giving a penny out of my pocket I learned a lot and I cant stop recommending them to everyone I know I hope this can help someone in a similar situation it takes time but always put your health...
