NOTE: FOOD RATING ONLY DUE TOO NOT HAVING STUFFED MUSHROOMS ANYMORE. VERDICT: sit at the bar! 🍺 😎 After a crummy day and it being veterans Day and on top of that figuring out that I'm probably going to have long-term nerve damage for the rest of my life.... I thought I'd go into the Olive Garden , order my favorite libation, and wait for my Cab. As a pro tip don't bother getting a seat or making a reservation simply go to the bar. Let me tell you how fast the service was. I ordered an hors d'oeuvres and it came in less than 2 minutes. Not only was it hot presentation was perfect. The star of the show really was the bartender because again I'm glad I took his recommendation. The other bonus was that there were lots of friendly company in the bar. It seems that this is a hotspot for veterans , especially on veterans Day. I may be a sailor but right now I'm saying Go army if you know what I mean 😁🤩 All the people there were very nice and even the folks that are coming in honestly it was just a great time. But the star of the show was the bartender the guy with which what looks like a bull ring in his nose. It was literally quick fast and easy and it wasn't all that expensive so I highly recommend you get going there I plan to do it again soon.

3 stars for service, not to take away from my server at all, she was great, very attentive. The manager was the problem in this visit. Olive Garden managers pride themselves on the floor walks, the greeting of the guests, the hospitality.. for a mid range franchise restaurant this is what you expect here, just a bit above order at the counter. This manager was absent to the floor and when I asked for her to see that the lamps were dust covered she told me she was the night manager in the most dismissive of ways. She was uncaring that my family ate under a blanket of dust that the window sills hadn’t had a serious clean in months. She said she was the night manager, like at close she couldn’t have the crew run a vacuum over the light because that is what this level of dust cover takes. Please understand this is my favorite restaurant and I truly believe they have just lost their way a bit, but if I go back in there and it’s like this I won’t be able to come anymore. You’re the night manager, this is what you do ma’am, maybe not you personally, but your team. Please correct this. PS I paid my meal in full, this wasn’t a scheme to get the bill paid, or a discount. This was just about will she take care of it. I trust the owners will make sure she does.

Six deep in a booth at Olive Garden. A round of Shirley Temples, breadsticks vanishing before Johnny can even set them down. Laughter came fast and reckless— the kind that makes you slap the table, snort Sprite, and double over because someone said something so unhinged it broke the laws of social order. Johnny, our server, was inducted into the canon somewhere between soup and salad. By the time he brought extra marinara, we couldn’t help but think it must have been fate that brought us to this booth during his shift. It wasn’t about the food— though, to be fair, it slapped. It was about the booth— the circle of chaos and loyalty, where your wildest suggestion gets a full yes-and, where someone’s already drafting legal action on your behalf, where a casual mention of betrayal turns into a plot to ruin someone’s life for the sisterhood. We left full— of Alfredo and affection, of lore and loose morals, of inside jokes we’ll absolutely run into the ground for years. That rare kind of joy that doesn’t need a photo to remember— but you bet your bottom dollar we took one anyway. I guess what I’m trying to say is it really is true what they say: When you’re here, you’re family.

I was so disappointed! I am a new widow and attempting to dine alone. My first attempt was a disaster, I boxed up my food and took it home. Going to Olive Garden I was determined to make this work. I knew what I was going to order, knew what I was drinking and was excited that I was trying this again. The hostess asked "just" one? yes "just" one. I really don't like that. They're expecting more people to follow. I was seated. She actually commented on the fact cozy booth in the corner. Why am I in the corner, so no one can see I'm "just" one? 1,2,3 waitresses past me. Never a word not even a glass of water. Other parties came and were seated. Their drinks brought, still nothing. I know I was seen, after awhile the waitresses weren't even coming to my side of the room. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes I got up, went to the front hostess and told her I was leaving with no service, not even a nod to express that I existed. I know the waitresses work and look for tips. One person is not going to leave the tip that a full table is going to leave. But I am still human and would of left a tip according to the price of my meal and my service. Does that make me any less of a person? I'm sorry I'm "just" one! I will not be returning to this Olive Garden and am working hard on deciding if dining alone is...

I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent visit to your restaurant last night, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations.

My partner, our daughter, and I chose your establishment for dinner, but we encountered several issues during our visit. Firstly, we did not receive a drink refill despite requesting one from a different waitress, as our assigned waitress did not check on us throughout our meal.

When we finished dining, I requested boxes for our leftovers and the check from our assigned waitress, while also canceling the drink refill that had not been delivered. After waiting approximately 10 minutes without receiving the check, we decided to approach the front to pay. At that moment, the waitress came running towards us, stating, "You guys never paid, you can't leave."

I was taken aback by this statement, as it implied an intention to leave without settling our bill, which was not the case. My partner was already waiting by the kitchen door for the check to be given to us. The manner in which the situation was handled left us feeling embarrassed in front of others, which was very disappointing.

Given this experience, we have decided that we will not be returning to your restaurant in the future. Thank you for taking the time to consider...
