Rich’s TV & Appliance — Attraction in Portsmouth

Well we went to Rich Tv and appliances because we really liked what we seen on there website. They have items there that I couldn’t get anywhere else. (Big box stores). Another great idea I might add I really like to support small businesses because they boost the local economy, create jobs, offer unique products and personalized service, foster community development and identity, and contribute to environmental sustainability. Dollars spent at small businesses stay within the local community, stimulating growth and creating a unique and vibrant atmosphere that benefits everyone. We went to the store and they were so helpful. Richie Jessie and the team even helped my wife with a counter top ice maker loaded in her car. Very informative about what they sell. If they don't have it in stock they can usually get it within 3 business days. There shipping and install is top of the line. Steve and Paul come out called the day before and a before they came to install the appliances. If it’s on the truck it gets delivered. When they brought the appliances in the home very safe and cautious. Install went smooth and easy for me. There a very family friendly business. Only thing I would maybe change is wish I could go there to buy more products. Rich tv is probably my favorite store. They even service what they sell. Have there own service tech. Offer extended warranty coverage on there products. If you have ever shopped at a big box store and had something delivered it seems like the just deliver throw it in the house and move on to the next. Doesn’t matter if the fridge doors align or not. Steve and Paul leveled up the fridge doors and took the time to explain everything they did in detail. Very important step when getting something delivered. If you have an issue with something your unsure about or looking for an upgrade. Rich Tv will work with you and help get you want you want to make you happy. Five stars all the way...from the helpful, (non-pushy) sales assistance to the friendly and efficient delivery/installation. This is my second appliance from Rich's and I always refer others there for a myriad of reasons. They are patient and well informed, but did I mention not pushy? Their prices are great and they have a variety of products. Their delivery is prompt and they (gasp) call when they're on their way. Jeff and Ryan (who delivered my fridge) were respectful of my property. They were careful not to run into my yard with their truck, and they were careful in my house to not damage any property in the removal and installation of a (huge) refrigerator. After buying my first house, which did not come with major kitchen appliances, I needed to purchase a fridge and range. Not wanting to shop at a big box store, I went to Rich's and spoke with Valerie, who immediately knew what appliances to show me. She answered all of my questions about buying brands and colors (e.g. stainless steel) that would boost my home equity and match my kitchen design. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Not to mention Valerie was easy to reach via text. No stress whatsoever in shopping at Rich's. I am so thankful that this part of the home renovation process was easy. 5/5 stars! Highly recommend. Oh, and did I mention the appliances will be delivered to my house for free in two days? That is the perk of shopping...
