Iāve bought a few vapes and juiceās from this store. I can say if youāre buying something the customer service is good, but if you come back with an issue then the service kind of goes out the window unfortunately. On Two of the occasions I was Given contradictory information by the big fun guy. I usually call people out on their BS, but I brushed it off, knowing a sales man needs to sell things, it did kinda suck tho. After spending over $400 at their location, and being somewhat of a regular I expected my return visit with a vape that burned two coils, and had to be charged 5 times In less than 24 hrs, to be a little more productive. Instead I got some girl that immediately got an āI donāt believe youā attitude when I told her my issue. Then the big guy came over and even exclaimed after puffing on the vape 4 times āthis thing lost 1% from just a few puffs!ā At that moment I had faith that they would do the right thing, and exchange it for a different one, I would have even paid the difference. But the only open offer I felt was given, was to leave with a few extra coils. Now the vape its self was $40 and a few extra coils would have been what $15 worth? I just donāt find that fair. I explained I was probably just going to chuck the vape, because it burns coils faster then Iāve ever seen (no I did not have the wattage up to high, it had a smart wattage sensor, with no option to turn it off) and the battery wouldnāt last through my 10 hr shifts, without having to plug it in 2-3 times. The big guy shrugged his shoulders and definitely vibed that he wanted me to leave, they werenāt going to help me. It sucks cuz I actually liked it there. Oh well my business will...

Went in with my sister and one of her phone numbers werenāt connected to an account, they didnāt ask for another phone number and proceeded to tell her she canāt be in without an account, Mind you sheās 21 years old and showed her ID. The new āpolicyā wonāt allow them to sign her up even though she just used a different phone number. I tried asking why and what the policy was and the guy up front said āiām not gonna argue with you, if your gonna buy something then buy something.ā Apparently this new policy came into place a year ago, i signed up for an account less than 5 months ago and they offered to get her a new account less than 2 weeks ago. So now im confused if he was just lying and throwing a fit because heās didnāt want to or if other employees wanted to help us out? Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I have been to many vape shops in the NW as well as a few across the US. When walking into Vaporland Post Falls I was immediately blown away! What a sharp looking location. The interior is just massive, with a wall of juices that I suspect numbers well over 300. They literally have a flavor for everybody, from big national brands to boutique brands and local brands! They have a very nice selection of pod style vapes, smaller kits and of course the heavy hitters. They even have a crazy clearance selection! This is literally everything I hope for when visiting a new store. Vaporland has a wonderful ambiance, with cool visuals displayed on 3 TVs and a great music playlist. They also have a Cafe area where they serve both hot & iced coffees along with bottled soda and Italian sodas (with Red Bull too, yummy!) I can tell you that this is my new home shop and I will be coming back...
