A generous two, rather than one, star rating because I consider the possibility that a deep lack of self-awareness exists, that, in fact, the poor level of customer service, is, in their minds, a high achievement, a testament to their advertised, "Helpful Place." That latter theory has some support in the consistency of poor customer service across three separate locations I have visited over the course of two years. For some reason, management and staff seem to find it a positive step to emulate their larger chain counterparts. It's beyond frustrating and sad to walk into a store and see four members of their personnel and not see one smile, barely be given eye contact, or - God forbid - be offered assistance. Whatever you do, do not buy any stihl products from here!!! I spent good money for a power polesaw that stops working everytime I try to use it. They look at it say there's nothing wrong, make me waste money, time and labor. And tell me they cannot replace it with one that works. I bought this thing to make my job easier and they are making my life and business harder and wasting my time while my employees are waiting on the clock. I've lost more money than I spent on this tool trying to use it and they are not helpful whatsoever. Beware of this store and location they are full of it. I can't speak on any other products but def don't buy a stihl power polesaw!! I personally would never buy anything from here again! I didn't buy a tool to make things harder and more inconvenient and lose money I wanted the opposite and they failed to deliver anything but...

I'm still beaming from my visit to this Westlake Ace. I've visited hundreds of home improvement stores. But this experience truly brought me nostalgia. Walked in Saturday February 26th with no expectations because we have had so many experiences that were lack luster. Walking in I was greeted and asked for assistance. We kindly decline. As we ventured into the paint department John comes back and his energy was crazy. He actually acted like he worked at the store. Very rare nowadays. But then he invited my kid to assist in the paint process. As he was educating us on all the things,Vic stops by and joins in on the fun.
