Iāve tried a few different āmeal prepā type places, but none of them compare to KITCH. Every meal Iāve tried so far has been absolutely delicious! Usually when I find a meal I love somewhere, that becomes my regular order and I hesitate to try anything different on the menu for fear of disappointment. Not here! I want to try everything they have because they are seriously THAT GOOD! When you walk in, you can smell them back there in the kitchen cooking so you know everything is fresh and made right there. So far, the tangy lemon pork my be my favorite meal š¤¤š¤¤š¤¤
I also enjoy the convenience of being able to order online and swing by to pick them up. Sure, they may seem pricey, but when you really look at it, one meal is about the same price (or even a little less) than getting a Pick 2 meal at Panera and youāre actually getting a healthy MEAL that will fill you up. Plus, youāre supporting a small, locally owned business and thatās worth a couple extra...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's always a pleasure to support local, but honest to God, Kitch is solid a 10/10... full transparency I'm picky, so you know this review is honest! Every meal has been absolutely incredible! Not only is the food amazing and legitimately leaves you satisfied (not always the case with pre-made meals), the staff is incredible/knowledgeable/helpful/kind and super supportive for whatever journey you're on, the process is simple, tidy, convenient and streamlined. The locations are gorgeous and let's be honest... there is NO WAY you could go to the grocery store for 8 MEALS and it be under $100. I have been beyond impressed! So far, my favorite meal has been the breakfast enchiladas, yes, for dinner - fresh, filling, and super flavorful!! Shout out to the Owners, local KC guys, for giving mundane meal prep a fresh face and making dinner...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve tried 9 different meals from Kitch and I have to say that only 6 out of the 9 were good. One of them was so spicy, I couldnāt taste what I was eating and I had to give it away. I wish their website detailed the spice levels of each entree like other meal services do (I sent an email about this but no one ever responded). Another entree I tried which was the chicken and cilantro lime rice, had something wrong with the chicken. It was inedible. Chewy and tough. You couldnāt really bite into it. I let my roommate try it for herself and she said something wasnāt right with it. So tossed it in the trash. It was that bad. I had been relying on these meals as my lunch at work but at $10+ a meal, I just canāt afford to waste money on gambling if the entrees are good or not....
