GameStop — Attraction in Prattville

This is by far the worst Gamestop I have ever been. I tried to return a used game that I genuinely disliked and I was told, "this is not a rental store." Yes, I know. Duh!? I am not rich, and if Gamestop did not want customers to exploit their policy on returns, then they should change it. Here is the thing: I took it to East Chase and no problem. I honestly think the reason this happened to me was based on race. I did not meet the employees standard of whiteness, which is typical of the south. No hard feelings. I filed a complaint to corporate, and they gave me a free game! The reason I had to file is because these employees really thought they were "gamestop gangsters."

I don't usually leave google review but I have to in this situation. Walked in to trade in my switch oled for a switch 2. Upon doing this the manager took off my screen protector before making sure i had all the right accessories. Therefore he threw away my screen protector and crushed it prior to checking if i had everything. Turns out I was missing my joycon charging grip. When I asked him could he replace it he just said "sorry man."

I pre ordered Diablo IV here instead of getting it from my local (much closer ) Walmart because I was told I’d get an exclusive steel book cover if I pre ordered. Upon arrival to pick up my game today I was told they were out. I ordered roughly a month ago and if one book is sent for every preorder then how are they out? The salesman said they did an early release event but even so I didn’t pre order for a possibility of getting a steel book. My best guess is someone allowed their friends who didn’t pre order to get the books or someone took them for re sell since just the cover is going for $40-50...
