Krystal — Restaurant in Prattville

We've eaten here three times, in which the time before, the food was cold when we received our order. Nevertheless, we decided to try them again today, hoping to get HOT food & great service. However, my husband and I went through the drive thru & he ordered the three double krystals with cheese. However, when we pulled around the window, he asked if he could add one more krystal to our order. However, we were told that we would have to drive back through the drive thru again, for one more krystal, and he informed the lady that it wasn't a problem & that he would just come through the lobby. However, as she gave us our order, she didn't appreciate us for coming to Krystals or ask if we needed any condiments or ANYTHING.....she just opened the window, gave us our order, and closed the window back. I told my husband that he didn't have to worry about ordering another krystal, so we left. As soon as we pulled away, I pulled the French fries out to eat some, but the fries were cold! My husband and I work too hard for our money, so we turned around to go back & return our food and ask for our money back. The supervisor asked him what was wrong & he explained that the food was cold & we decided that we didn't want it. Instead of her apologizing, she asked the lady who was working the drive thru what the problem was & she said that my husband had asked to add another krystal to our order. However, the problem was the food was cold & the lady working the window didn't offer us any condiments or appreciate us for coming. The supervisor gets an attitude & reluctantly gave us our money back, but she was also very rude, unapologetic, & lacks customer service. They never said anything about we apologize for your inconvenience & we hope y'all come again ...NOTHING at all! This will be our last time to come to...

Went thru drive thru and ordered two sunrise with totes. We’re refusing the food, the sunrises were not hot and the totes was soggy and when we stated we didn’t want the totes we over heard a worker saying, quote on quote, don’t want the totes well no amount of time was stated fora wait time. My husband asked the cashier should we pull up and to wait on the order of tater totes and she replied yes with an attitude, once we pulled up and he checked his sunrises the patties were old and dried out looked like yesterdays left overs, he wasn’t satisfied with it and quickly said naw I don’t want it getting a refund. Funny thing is, when he went to return the food no access was allowed in the lobby….. LOBBY CLOSED shaking my head!!!!! Then he had to stand in the parking lot while the staff had to FaceTime someone to tell them and show them how to do a refund, now that’s sad, how are you going to have a staff and no one knows how to do a refund, have to do better!!!! it’ll be never upon return!!!!! Haven't been to Krystals in awhile due to poor service, awful attitudes, & gross food. Decided to try it again this past Sat. Breakfast menu still up, a few minutes before 11. By the time someone sauntered out to see what we wanted (no greeting), told we could not order breakfast. So change the menu! Clerk was rude, surly, & obviously did not want to be there. Drink machine in dining area "broken" & all condiments removed from area. Got our food, burgers had a pin-head size drop of mustard on them. Went to counter & asked clerk for mustard. She completely ignored me & went to kitchen to hide out. After a few minutes, I actually walked behind the counter & got the mustard myself. A family of 5 came in & stood at counter for over 5 minutes before anyone came to wait on them. We were the only folks inside & drive-thru was not busy. The burgers were not good, fries were ok. All reminded me of why we no longer visit this Krystal. These folks definitely need attitude adjustments, which is a reflection of poor management. If you don't want to be there, find...
