Mr. Mattress — Hotel in Prattville

I stopped in on a whim last month, knowing that we needed a new mattress set for a guest bedroom. Tim was very patient and knowledgeable as I tried EVERY mattress and asked a million questions. Came back with hubby to let him try out the ones I liked and again, Tim let us try every mattress and adjustable base and answered another million questions. He stayed after hours a bit when we couldn't quite decide and I am sure he missed some of the game... 😩sorry!! And ultimately he saved us quite a bit with various recommendations as we wanted different things from each other and we think we'll be very comfortable and happy with the purchase when the set is delivered! Mr Mattress was great and Tim was EXTREMELY helpful. I just moved to town and was trying to set up my first apartment, and Tim was kind and patient as I asked a gazillion stupid questions about discount mattresses and whether or not a person really needs a box spring. After gathering that I was planning on ratchet strapping my new mattress to the top of my sedan, Tim took 20 min out of his day to drive my mattress, box spring, and bed frame to my apartment in the bed of his vehicle. I am a 32 year Army veteran. Today I took my mother shopping for a new bed. We made Mr Mattress in Prattville our second stop. Tim Cauthern was a total professional and answered all our questions and best of all was not pushy. We left there and looked at 4 more locations in Prattville and Montgomery before returning to Mr Mattress to purchase mom new bed. They had the best service and prices. It included a mattress cover ,sheets and pillows. We also got a military discount. They have the bed in stock and can deliver it next Tuesday.
