Providence Winter Farmers Market — Attraction in Providence

We try to get up to the Market on Saturday (more produce/food) and Sunday's (more flea market ish). Has a great vibe of people and everyone is wicked friendly. Always clean. Usually live music playing inside. Lots of vendors. Coffee shop at the back of the building is really good. Beats staying in the house on a cold day. Has been a little tricky to get to driving the normal way bc of road construction but hopefully that will be done sooner than later. You won't be disappointed. Awesome new building with a ton of vendors, great selection available. It will be packed, and with social distancing that means there will be an intimidatingly long line, but it does go pretty quick. Parking may be a challenge as well. The prices are pretty standard for a farmer’s market, a little higher than what you’d find at the supermarket, but the quality is great and you’re supporting local farms and businesses. Come check out this new Farmers market! Highlights:great fresh produce, fish, meat, and baked goods. There's some stellar artisans here as well! I love that even though most of the vendors only take cash theres a place to get coins to use to purchase from any vendors for a small credit card fee.
