When one reflects on life's joys, one hearkens back to rare moments when time paused, concerns disappeared and rapture itself emerged. Of course, few of us have ever heard of such an experience inside a grocery store. But forget the old thinking! Because here we're talking about an unforgettable shopping mecca, Venda Ravioli. Anyone, of course, can imagine finding his or her favorite delicacy somewhere. But at Venda, it's like your Top 17 Favorites have been prepared and gathered - and I'm just gazing into their spacious Delicatessen, the vibrant, very well-stocked heart of Federal Hill. Here, sumptuous olives, multi-colored and sized flank plump home-made sausages and delectable offerings of home-made Italian dishes and choice cold cuts. Everyday it's like the Pope is coming. Bottom line here, at Venda, it's "Little Italy" and some of the finest prepared foods (especially frozen pastas) and staples (like fresh bread, olive oils, canned fish and various desserts) this side of Bologna await - and fairly priced. Even a fresh gelato or espresso! But may I admit something? Because my wife and I had miles to travel home, I've omitted a lot. (We remembered our cooler, though.) So do Venda the right way: Visit leisurely, savor all the smells and sounds and chat a bit with gracious helpful staff. Because isn't that how life's most enduring memories are made? And can you visualize Venda catering your very special gathering? They do that, too. And just now, offering...

Michelle promised me she would take care of the problem (empty promise). Over the past 3 months I spoke to Michelle 3 times and each time she makes empty promises. This morning for the tenth time I called Venda Ravioli the person I spoke to told me he was going to call Michelle and inform her of my call , I told him informing Michelle would be a waste of time. (he had informed Michelle of my calls three other times and nothing happened) he got mad and told me "I'm going to tell Michelle to close your account " and hang up the Phone .Last week Michelle promised me "someone from Fed Ex will come to my house and pick up the coffee, as of today (one week later) no one from Fed Ex showed up, It has been over three months and many empty promises from Michelle. Please tell me what I have to do to get a refund from Venda Ravioli and not empty promises...
ย ย ย Read moreThis is the first Iโve ever written a review in my life. I recently went out to enjoy a nice dinner with my younger cousin. While the overall experience was pleasant, I encountered an VERY uncomfortable situation upon leaving the restaurant.
After signing my receipt, I mistakenly forgot to write the total amount with the tip includedโan honest oversight on my part. As someone who has worked in this industry, I would never intentionally withhold a tip. However, as my cousin and I were leaving, the waiter, Clayton, followed us outside and LOUDLY SHOUTED, โHey, did I do something wrong?โ
Confused, we replied, โNo, why?โ to which he responded, โBecause I didnโt get a tip.โ as he throws his hands in the air. I was extremely embarrassed, as this was never my intention, and I immediately apologized and explained it was an honest mistake.Despite my apology, Clayton was unacknowledging, RUDE, and hostile. He stood next to us in an intimidating manner, essentially forcing us to tip him, which made both my cousin and me feel DEEPLY uncomfortable.
This situation could have been handled much more professionally, and I hope this feedback helps address similar interactions...
