They literally stole my multitool on my face. Didn't allow me to take it in even though it was concealed and not being brandished at all. I always carry it and don't consider it a weapon. Lady that padded me down took my vape and multi tool. I was told I could not bring either inside and that I would be getting them both back when I leave. I left and she only gave me my vape and ignored the existence of my multi tool. When I brought it to her attention that I needed it back too, she suddenly came up with the rule that she could not give it back even though I was informed that I would? It was about 3 am and there were not that many people, we left about 10 minutes upon entering, a total of 20 minutes or less spent in the establishment. Horrible experience inside, without even the point of this post, my group and I left ASAP.

I came back the next day (today), since I called the manager an hour before opening and was told they could do something and to show up to the door. Tonight, everyone including security was rude. Was also informed by the manager, Alfredo or Alberto (idk his name for sure but he is bald) showed me a picture of where I saw my multi tool being stored last night, and was told it's no longer there.

I tried taking a picture of my multi tool in the bin yesterday for liability concerns and the rude girl did not let me or even get her name. Why did she have to lie about my multi tool? Why would she say she would give everything back and then my multi tool is an exception? Very unprofessional. If she said that was the rule, maybe I would still have it in my possession and in my car. Hate this place. Can't believe this.

It was a special multi tool. Handed down from my family. They have no appreciation for peoples stuff. Either say you're going to give it back, or just let us know that you're not responsible for it. Which one is it?

I wanted to share feedback regarding my experience at your club on the evening of December 1, 2024. While my night was going well initially, it took a disappointing turn due to an unacceptable incident with one of your employees.

As this was my first time visiting your club, I was enjoying myself until I needed to retrieve my coat from the backstage area. While waiting in an orderly fashion as the next person in line to enter the room, one of your staff members—a Black male with dreadlocks down to his chest—unexpectedly and forcefully pushed me. This caused me to drop everything I was holding, including my phone and drink, and left me both shocked and upset.

To make matters worse, another employee mentioned that this was not the first time this individual had acted in such an unprofessional manner. As a customer who was following the process, this behavior is entirely unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the club and raises serious concerns about the hiring and training of staff, especially those in positions requiring customer interaction and safety oversight.

Such actions not only violate customer trust but may also constitute grounds for legal action under Illinois law. I will be contacting the club tomorrow to formally report this incident and discuss my options, including the possibility of pursuing legal recourse. I strongly recommend immediate action be taken against this employee, including their termination, as they clearly do not uphold the standards of professionalism and customer service expected in such a role.

I had the most horrible experience at this place. Please, stay home and don't waste your money and time here. The fact that it's 18+ is just too much. People there think that just because it's a nightclub, they can act however they feel like. First time I was there with my friends, we got kicked out because I apparently was seen drinking from my friend's cup... I don't even drink. I tried to go up to the bar multiple times to ask for a cup with ice because I was super thirsty and they don't let you bring in your own water bottle, and I'm sorry, but I'm not spending over $1 on a water bottle. So I decided to pick at the ice from my friend's drink AFTER she had finished it. The security guard was very rude and told us to leave, not even a chance for an explanation of what had happened.

I decided to give this place a second chance. My mistake, I should've learned from the first time. The guys in this place are THIRSTY!! I couldn't even be with my friends in one spot because they'd just get behind you or on your side, all up in your face. It was super disgusting that after telling someone multiple times to stop, they wouldn't. I went up to a security guard and they guy told me "you're at a club, what are you expecting?" Really? Is that all they have to say about someone harassing a woman? No wonder why women always get raped or hurt by strangers, because a**holes can't never defend them. 100% not...
