I try to explain an order to a guy working there I say 3 with nothing on it just steak and 3 steak with cilantro onion and cheese. He got frustrated with me after I asked how much it was for the 6 tacos and how it came up to that much and I ask how much it would be without the cheese he tell me the price and then get an annoyed look. I tell him it’s okay just put the cheese he gets mad says “you want me to retype your whole order it comes out to what I just told you” at that point I was over it I just wanted my tacos. I come all the way home I don’t live close and I have cilantro and onion on mine and my friend had no cheese on his three of the 6 tacos. I knew it was because of the guy working there getting frustrated and him retyping the whole order in is what messed it up which is something I never asked him to do hw did it just because he was getting angry. I called to let them know what happened and they want me to come all the way back over there show them the tacos and show them the receipt I just told them this whole thing that happened there’s no manager there that can show some curtesy for their mistake so I can’t eat my tacos I go to sleep hungry because that’s the only way I can get my money back for the cheese no being on my tacos and because I am allergic to onions. I always go to eat here they never get my order wrong and it makes me not want to ever go back again I got to much attitude from that guy taking my order and I just got off of work myself most Ridiculous and outrageous thing. I didn’t want to go to this extreme, but they ripped me off of $109.00 and the manager and general manager have not called me. I’ve called every week for the past month and they still have not refunded me my money. The food and customer service here, is the absolute worst. I had ordered from here for a company meeting. They only gave us one meal out of 5 meals. And the GM came to drop off the order that was left behind and he said he would make sure the food was fresh (which it was not) it was cold and the meat was dry. And as we did speak in person and he made an agreement to give me a full refund. This was back in February! And they have been dodging me this whole time. The food was not fresh and messy presentation and both managers need to do better with their staff. Super bad customer service. Already reached out to corporate and nothing. $109.00 of hard working money and you decide to keep my money and give me crappy service and promising things that you can not even keep your word. Read moreI’ve given this place a lot of chances, simply because it’s one of the closest places for me for tacos. They’ve gotten my order wrong several times and even have gone as far as giving me a credit for my food. Yesterday I called and placed an order over the phone, and asked the lady to repeat my order. She was upset and said “they were very busy” I told her I understood, but please just repeat my order since you guys always give me my food wrong. She made me wait on the phone for her to take two additional orders which I was okay with, I genuinely understood that they were busy. She got back on the phone and sped through my order, not even giving me enough time to make sure it was correct then hung up. I called back instantly and told her she hung up on me, without me even acknowledging the order being correct. She stated she was too busy and didn’t have time to argue and hung up on me a second time. I’ve never dealt with such bad customer service and ended up not even picking up my food after how mad I was.
