Fiesta Americana — Restaurant in Proviso Township

Started coming here August of 2018 for dancing. From that time the ladies bathroom one of the stall doors has been broken and off the hinge. I mention to management on two or three separate occasions they told me that the door had to be special ordered. Last time I was there was in November of 2018. I came in March of 2019 for my birthday. Went to use ladies bathroom, door was still unfixed from the stall so you cannot use that stall unless someone standing in front of you guarding it. Also, the soap dispenser was not working so when you urinate or otherwise you cannot wash your hands effectively. Which means that their waitress staff cannot wash their hands effectively when they're done using the bathroom. They want to be cheapskates they shouldn't be in business.

Follow up: My boyfriend invited me to meet him there late Saturday, March 23, 2019. When I entered the main door, I was trying to call my boyfriend to let him know that I was there. The manager has banned me from the establishment per the bouncer \ security...
