I was just passing through S. Colorado, when I asked a man to suggest an Auto Stereo Business... Without hesitation, he recommended "Al's"... He told me that he personally had THREE systems installed at Al's and wouldn't go anywhere else EVER again... When I stopped in at Al's, to my utter amazement, they installed my new system in what must have been record time... Not only was I impressed with the fast service the OWNER, AL not only took time to double-check my service order, he made sure that I was ENTIRELY satisfied... Al went over and above any service I have received ANYWHERE else in recent memory... In the short time that I was in Al's store, I observed Al and his Crew serve EVERY customer in the store with the same courteousness and attention to detail...
Call me "old-fashioned" but price isn't everything... What is?

I liked the subdued store signage showcasing truly great products at W-A-Y below competitor's prices... (I checked and You'll see!) All high-quality name brands... NO junk at all... This also includes some GREAT Auto Security Systems, in addition to the full-line of stereo equipment...
Each of the technicians I interacted with were attentive and clearly communicated with me THEY made sure of what MY preferences and expectations were... AND, although the store was very, very busy and it was late-in-the-afternoon, I felt a level of customer CARE that made me feel like an important person... I did not feel rushed out of the store... I got a new alpine stereo a year ago from Auto sound in pueblo. It was better then my old stereo from 2014, but was not put in the right way. Coming to Al’s auto sound place in town to check prices at another store and to fix some static ( I’m guessing ) loose amp/ subwoofer on my 2012 Frontier pro4 with a Rockford fos. Sound system, they said they could take a look at my problems. Right away Al said my stereo wasn’t installed properly and was obvious after he pointed it out. He fixed that, and has all the added features the stereo has available to me now. It was obvious Auto sound just threw it in . His tech Hunter fixed my stock subwoofer and amp issue making the stereo sound tons better, he fixed my steering wheel audio adjustments that needed to be fixed, and when returning it to me noticed some background pitch in the speakers he didn’t notice before and also added a part to make it sound much clearer! All in all it only cost me a little more then a hundred bucks. Cost 85 just to get a tech to go through and evaluate what was wrong. They didn’t charge me for 2 added features to my system to make it sound like it was brand new or even better then factory new… would definitely recommend you to stop by and see them before going anywhere...
Read more.When Al himself finally called me back he said he couldn't look for record back in 2020 but I never said 2020 I said 2022 and then he didn't even try to look . He just didn't wanna help his customers if it took anything out of him , even time out of him. His employee acted like they could help for me and had me calling my bank and everywhere to get the certain day I purchased them and I was told if I have the certain day they would give me the serial number at least for my report nothing about the warranty yet .. then to be told he don't even have any record of anything in his whole store . Hadn't even been a year since doing business with them .So remember if anything every happen to anything u buy they won't have record of your purchases so there is no w customer service option even when needing serial numbers and he will tell you how much you are a inconvenience even when you put your money you worked hard for into there business. It don't matter because they don't keep record like a normal place and they don't feel the need to find time to help you even if it comes to a brake in or the police need records .
