Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pueblo

I order here because it's closer to my location and this is the last day of ordering pizza from this location. They always undercook my pizza and blame the number of toppings for that, why don't the pizza hut put a limit then. I order the pizza here almost every week and I always call them in about 5 minutes to let them know I want my pizza to be well done. Today, I placed the order at 6:14 and called around 6:27 and they say that pizza is already out on the warmer and she spoke in a tone that was very rude. I told her that I have seen their folks putting my pizza back in the oven and she was like the oven is full right now. She wanted me to come and check the pizza but I have ordered this pizza like 20 times and everytime the pizza is doughy when it's made normal. They were able to make it we'll done for me correctly 19 out of 20 times and last time it was burnt. She was saying that they can't control how well done the pizza is going to be. It turned out that she was the manager and it was to my surprise that I experienced this with a manager but not with normal employees. I will try and figure out why she spoke to me the way she did but this location definitely lost...

Ordered extra pepperoni (half the pizza) and got the regular amount. Ordered extra bacon (on the other half) and got LESS than the regular amount. Pizza tasted good though besides getting ripped off. Like look, I get it, you guys need to cut corners in order to make as much profit as possible lol. The cashier could have been friendly though and smile instead of mumbling, sighing and grunting as if doing her job was the biggest and most painful inconvenience of all time! There was one male employee however, who stopped what he was doing to walk over to me, smile and check in. He is the only reason this Pizza Hut gets 3 stars instead of 2! Food was cooked perfectly though and was on time! So there are some redeeming qualities about this Pizza Hut, and perhaps if I went there at a different time there'd be a different employee working as CSR; and someone who uses the the Pizza Hut guidelines on portioning toppings (you're supposed to use the red meat cup on large pizzas, PLUS I got extra but I swear it was the green cup...

Okay so this is the 2nd this that I have given this location another chance. The first time I went in I felt very uncomfortable and judged by the female employee she was sitting down and acted like it was a hassle to hand me my pizza! So we tried again and it stared off horrible. When I walked in there was 2 employees that were having a conversation, didn’t say hello or welcome me in anyway. The guy who cashed me out was polite and offered me .75 cents so I didn’t have to go out to my car. I went back and gave him the .75 for the next customer who needed it. I am a very strict vegan and I ordered a VEGGIE LOVER pizza on thin and crispy crust because that crust is vegan. After eating over half of the pizza I found a HUGE piece of SAUSAGE! I mean what the heck! This is not okay. I feel as if your employees were laughing when this happened. This store needs to be taught better customer service practices and make sure that when you are making an order that it is correct. If this were an allergy I...
