Taco Stop — Restaurant in Pueblo

This experience was HORRIBLE! I almost always call my order in ahead of time for carry out. There is a lot of food I can't eat. I specifically asked for a hamburger no bun and smothered with mild chili and cheese and onions. After picking up my order, which was already messed up once because they forgot to leave the cheese off our tostadas (which they made good on and made us a fresh order), I got home to a lonely hamburger patty with some melted cheese and onions. No chili. At first I was upset because when I called in the order the lady taking my order said asked if I wanted the fries (insinuating that it was going to be a slopper dinner) I said no, she said I was going to be charged for the dinner anyway, I said fine. I didn't understand because I have placed this same order here successfully before. I said go ahead and put the fries on the side. So I assumed I was charged for the full slopper meal and didn't even get green chili. After our meal I called the restaurant and politely explained why I was upset. The lady that took my order got on the phone and began arguing with me saying she didn't charge me for that and I said ok but it was still wrong. My WHOLE point .... rather than at LEAST apologizing and saying there must have been a misunderstanding she just continued to ARGUE with me being...

This is not a nice restaurant. It’s just your cheap Mexican food place. I went in after surfing at the Pueblo wave all day super hungry and the manager came up and kicked me out without being nice because I didn’t have a shirt on. There was next to nobody in there. I didn’t give him any attitude. I just said all right man thanks but after leaving, I was like wow that manager just lost, what would’ve been a loyal customer. It’s on my way home and I love to grab me some Mexican food but never from this place. Thanks to the manager on site. He looked like he was 14 years old. Again I gave him no attitude and just said OK and left, but I gotta tell you after thinking about it. That was really stupid on his part. Maybe it’s just because I come from Hawaii and I’m not used to people discriminating in a crappy place over a T-shirt. I can understand if it was a sit down place with actual tables, but this was just your cheap cheap spot… guess the guy was jealous. He couldn’t take his shirt off. Shoot...

Very poor service from manager. Waiting to hear back from district manager. Too much that went on but basically bullied by the female manager. There was two females and a male attended working. The male employee was a gentleman. The female manager and other female were very rude. I’m just glad to have gotten the food before the manager started in on me. I paid .60 for extra cheese that the manager requested. I had To bag my on food. I normally go to drive through but someone had broke the window out so I had to go in. I was On the phone with taco stop employee on the southside so she heard the whole thing. That lady is not manager material. She caused problems instead of problem solving. Very unprofessional.
