I went here for a quick dinner with my family. There were no cars in the drive through so we pull up to the window. There is no menu posted outside and the woman(purple hair) that opened the window was annoyed immediately that we didn’t have an order ready. We take a moment to look at the menu and order 2 sandwiches with fries. That’s literally it. Had a whole conversation about the second sandwiches toppings. We pay and pull to a parking spot to wait for the food. 10 minutes later we are handed a bag with one sandwich. When my husband goes inside to ask where our other sandwich was he was told he didn’t order it(3 other adults in the car can attest that he did). He orders it AGAIN, pays again, and is told to wait AGAIN. He then questioned why he was charged again, the prices on the websites ‘order’ section were the same as what we were charged for 2 sandwiches. But he was told to pay again. He then asks if the one sandwich they handed us can be remade as we had been now waiting for 25 minutes and it was cold. We eat as a family, we ordered as a family, we would love to be served as a family. They didn’t even offer to take the food back to keep it warm, reheat it, nothing. Just a total get lost attitude.
All white staff and my husband is Mexican and looks like it. I don’t know if it would have made a difference if I, white woman, went in to speak with them, but to me it seemed they were taking advantage of someone they thought they could pull one over on and for what?? A $10 crappy sandwich?? (Food wasn’t even good??) Grow up.
I hope you learn some respect for human beings!! You act like racists and it’s gross!!

Read moreFood was delicious as always but the wait time was worse than anywhere else in town. It took over 45 minutes to receive our order. We were seated at 6:30 pm and had to flag down a waitress after waiting 20 minutes to put our order in of 3 Passkey specialty and it took another 20 minutes till we received our drinks of 2 ice teas and 1 water. After the drinks arrived at 6:53pm our dinner arrived at 7:18pm. Would of left and gone elsewhere but we were too tired and hungry to bother with it. First time eating at this restaurant on the Northside of town, we normally eat at the Passkey on Northern Ave and have way better service. I doubt will be eating at this location again. The service just was horrible. They had like 6 teens or 20-year-old's lined up working in the kitchen you could see in the order window and only 2 waitresses working the restaurant, plus the one guy that was running the register that kept pushing another lady out of the way of the register. Total chaos I bet they would benefit from a Hell's Kitchen with Shift Ramsey teaching them how to properly run a restaurant and what good service looks like. If you are handicapped, this is not a restaurant to go to unless...
Read morePasskey is a Pueblo tradition!!! Everyone that has gotten a meal from Passkey enjoys the DELICIOUS food remembers it forever! Even when my family moved nearly 1800 miles away for two plus years we often talked about Passkey Specials and how that restaurant would be the first place we would go to eat as soon as driving into Pueblo!!! Some people I know still recall how two brothers started selling fantastic grinders from a cart!!! And how delicious those grinders were!!! As a little girl my family and I would go to the restaurant on Abriendo each weekend. I recall the picture of the Budwiser Draft team that hung on the back wall. I can still see that pict. in my mind! The food was DELICIOUS then AND it is still DELICIOUS to this day! In short- Passkeies will always be a Pueblo hot-spot! I am sure that those two brothers are proud when they look down and see that what they started as a family owned and operated Pueblo favorite IS STILL going strong and making customers happy with every order!!! Thank you for all the great food and great memories made each and every day there...
