Believe the other 1 stars and avoid this place if you’re on a schedule. When my fiancé and I went in to get myself measured for my suit, the staff told us that suits take about 2-4 weeks to arrive. With my available budget I was able to bring my 2 groomsmen in to get measured and bought suits for them as well on May 31st.
On June 24th I called them and was told “most of the pieces have shown up but the rest of it should be here by the end of the week if not the beginning of next week. Okay, that’s fine. I never receive a call.
July 31st I called and was told the same thing again. End of this week if not the beginning of next week. That’s fine. I still have a month until my wedding.
August 9th I call and am put on hold and then told “customers walked in so I’ll call you back, I don’t want to leave you on hold for an hour”. That’s fine, I guess you already have MY money. One would think normal procedure is to finish the phone call while new customers look through the textile books but whatever, I try not to be “that guy” to customer service representatives. Get a call back 2 hours later. “Most of your pieces are here we’re still waiting on the rest. Should be here by the beginning of next week” would not give me a less vague date. Just that it’s on the way.
Today Friday, August 22nd (2 weeks before my wedding mind you). We are now 12 weeks after ordering, I show up in person and ask where my suits are. I get the same vague response from who I assume was the owner at this point because she states that she’s the one who did the orders. Tells me “Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday”. I tell her I just want to cancel and refund my money at this point. Then the excuses start. “We’ll have to call Monday and see if we can cancel. They’re coming from New York and there’s a time difference so it’ll have to be Monday I’ll call you” “Your suit jacket was a tall so it’s a special order and they had to make it” “It says shipped so it should take about 5-10 days to get here”(which conflicts with her saying this upcoming Monday-Wednesday estimate). I asked if there was a tracking number or any sort of better details she can give me and was told no. This seems like very unprofessional behavior as I can’t remember the last time I ordered ANYTHING and was not given a tracking number. If this was true and I was them I’d be irate with their supplier. At this point I’m pretty sure my suits, if they showed up at all, would have shown up right before my wedding. Leaving me scrambling to get the pants hemmed and god help me if there are any fitment issues. I tell her I want a refund. She begins telling me how she has to get permissions from her POS system to process a credit card return. Almost like that will deter me from cancelling. She processes the return and I notice that I’m about $60 short on the return. I bring it up and she starts saying “oh I don’t know why she (the girl who took my order) ran it like that” and has to run a second refund for the compete amount. Luckily I had my original receipt and invoice on me.

Read moreWhen you read some of the1 star reviews believe them. When they say the owner lies, believe them. I come from a family who has had successful small business in the valley and plateau for Generations. That may be a big word for the owner of this establishment, but I'll spell it out for her. That means that they have had successfull businesses for many years. It's not rocket science, you take care of your clients needs and do it with a level of professionalism and care that keeps them coming back. They are the ones who keep your business open and put food on your table. I'm guessing her table may be empty. As the owner Jennifer has no moral compass, she lied about our bridal party dresses didn't order them until way too close to the wedding and guess what..when I pressed her to own up to her mistakes she didn't "care for the way I spoke to her" and... told me she was refunding my money and no dress for me. Interesting to me that she couldn't understand the frustration that the MOH was having since there were no dresses and it was 3 weeks before the wedding. The bride was being inconvenienced with dealing with this. If your looking for terrible service, drama, garbage suits that don't fit, a complete incompetent bridal store with low quality dresses. Then this is your place, if you think good customer service is obtained at your local AM/PM and have never experienced anything remotely close to good service. Then this is your place. However if you've ever stepped foot into Nordstroms or hell even target STAY AWAY. Your wedding shouldn't be wroght with frustration and lies, so do yourself a favor go any where but here. And to the Owner, don't bother with your generic response of " I can't seem to find you in our system" you know...
Read moreI had an appointment at Enchanted Bridal on Friday, November 15th, to look at wedding dresses for my wedding in May.
I went with my soon-to-be Mother in law and we had a fun time trying on different dresses. The woman who helped us with the dresses was cordial as well.
However, I specifically chose this shop because the personal budget for my wedding dress was 1,000 dollars, and on the home page for the website it says; "Our new off-the-rack gowns are always $1,000 or under, regardless of true retail value! Weddings are expensive, and saving on the dress is just one way to keep that rising cost down. "
I tried on a dress that felt like THE dress, and I would have walked out with it right then and there if it was in my budget.
The woman helping us try on dresses explained that the price was 1,700 dollars for the dress I wanted.
I left the store, forgetting what I had seen on their website until I got home.
I sent an email the night of, and called the next day 11/16, and the woman on the phone said that their dresses are up to 3,000 dollars and didn't have a very nice tone when I brought up that they are advertising their dresses for 1,000 dollars and under. I politely told her that they should fix that on their website so people aren't getting the wrong idea for the pricing of dresses before they go in/make an appointment.
I am greatly disappointed with the false advertisement and I won't be coming here again, nor do I recommend anyone to come here whose budget is around the same as mine.
highlighted is a screenshot of their website where it states their advertisement for dresses...
