
Fitness Quest is your one-stop shop for all your fitness needs. Clean facilities, great equipment, and knowledgeable staff are just some of the things that Make FQ hands down the best gym in the area. I cannot say enough good things about this gym. After a few personal training sessions with Jake Swartz (and continuing to do the things he showed me on my own time), I feel much better overall.
Jake quickly diagnosed which of my muscle groups were weak and/or inflexible, and the fact that this was throwing my balance off and preventing me from building muscle and gaining strength. He also showed me some exercises to remedy this. Without using a lot of weight or resistance, I was able to effectively target these areas and all the surrounding stabilizer muscles that most people overlook. I now incorporate these exercises into my workouts, and I continue to make progress every week.
Jake also went over my diet and gave some helpful tips on what foods to avoid (including some cleverly disguised junk masquerading as health food), and gave suggestions on healthier alternatives. He even gave me tips on meal prep.
Even outside of personal training sessions, Jake is always open to questions, and gives constructive feedback and suggestions. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered, and that my concerns were addressed.
After a couple months of consistently coming to the gym 2-3x per week, people have been commenting that I look leaner and more muscular. I also feel more energized and confident. Thank you, Jake! You’re the man!
On a final note, if weights and treadmills aren’t your thing, or if you want to supplement your traditional weight training and cardio, FQ also offers wrestling, MMA, and cardio kickboxing classes (to name a few). These classes are taught by top-level personal trainers/coaches. Seriously, some of the instructors include National and World Champion wrestlers, All American college wrestlers, former UFC stars, etc. You will be hard-pressed to find personal trainers/coaches of this caliber anywhere else. And I have yet to meet one who is anything less than friendly, approachable, and eager to help.

Read more-If you are looking for personal training this place is great. I have been going here for a month or two now. Not going to lie, I was really intimidated by this gym at first (the equipment & crazy fit people working out here), but I wanted to sign up for personal training because I needed help getting back into lifting which is what led me to Fitness Quest.
-I have been working with my trainer Blayne about 3 days a week. After working with him, I have learned a lot and the gym no longer feels intimidating. I have begun seeing results which feels great. He has been amazing to work with. I encourage anyone to check out the trainers here - though first and foremost I have to recommend Blayne. He is knowledgeable, approachable, and you can tell he really cares about his clients by how well he takes care of them. A great person to talk with and learn from.
-The folks that work here remember little things about their members which means a lot to me. David who first showed me around makes sure to always say hello to me even if he is not at the front desk.
