There are a lot of nice options for little kids in Quincy, but there aren't many entertainment options for kids ages 8 to 13. I was so excited to see this Trampoline Park being built and it did not disappoint! The establishment is clean, has many different play options, and is well-maintained.
My only complaint, unfortunately, is the price. At $25/person with no discount for parents, it cost our family of 4 $100 for a day entry. My kids are under 6, so between nap time and meal time we only stayed for about 3 hours. It didn't seem worth the price for the limited time we were there. Socks were an additional price, but you can keep the socks and reuse them. Online there is a month pass for $100. We purchased it, but it wasn't clearly disclosed that the contract was auto-renewel for 3 months. We like Krazy Town, but don't frequent it enough to justify a 3 month membership. I wish we could have done just 1 month at a time.
But aside from that one complaint, my family really enjoys this place. There is a toddler/ baby area with small fun slides, climbing toys, and a ball pit. I appreciated the fact that this is gated seperately so littles have a safe place to play. There is also a 12-and-under play area with climbing challenges and slides.
The main area has a very large trampoline area with plenty of space for kids to safely have their own designated jumping spot. This area includes a foam pit and climbing wall in the corner. There is also an obstacle course (think the show "Wipe Out" but with cushion floors instead of water). And then there is a basketball/soccer court as well.
The equipment is clean and well-maintained. Everything felt safe and secure. The bathrooms were large and spotless.
For parents there are plenty of seating options including benches, tables, and paid massage chairs. There is also a concession area with affordable drink and food options. They have a wide selection of snacks including pretzels, hot dogs, lotus drinks, soda, ice cream- all the typical easy junk food that kids (and adults) enjoy.
Overall my family has a lot of fun at this place. It's great for kids ages 1 to 17. I've seen both toddlers and teenagers thoroughly enjoying themselves here. I do wish it was a bit cheaper- but to be fair the price is on par with other trampoline parks we've been to. We'd just be able to enjoy it more often if it was a bit...
Read moreI am generously leaving a 2 star rating. My daughter just had her birthday party there and for the price I paid, I was not impressed with how the staff presented themselves. I had never been there before so upon walking in I didn't know where to go, I walked up to the first counter I saw and started to tell the young man behind the counter the names for the party, before I could finish, he RUDELY stopped me and told me I was at the wrong counter and that I needed to go down to the party check in. I told him I'm sorry I have never been here before and that I didn't know where to go, so he just scoffed and said "down there!" Once we got to our party room (almost 20 minutes past the time we were supposed to be in there) we started to rush to set up for our party. The staff kept coming in and telling me about more and more jumpers wanting in on our party, not listening to myself or my sister trying to find the solution, just demanding we go figure it out right this second! We didn't get our pizzas until almost 2:45 and we had the room until 3:30. We were then bombarded by staff about every 5 minutes from 3pm until 3:30pm. We were hurrying to pick up our things starting at 3:15 and the staff was RUSHING before our party was even over. They got pretty rude with a guest of ours when she was trying to refill her soda before the pitchers were emptied and SLAMMED the pitchers back on the table so our guest could do so. We paid over $400 for our party to be treated with such disrespect the entire time. I only gave a second star because the kids did have fun while there. But from the adult point of view, and the amount of money we paid them, I was highly unimpressed! I was aware that it was busy and that there were other parties after us, but there was no reason for us to be treated like we were for the time that...
Read moreThis review is for the restaurant.
It was a good experience. We had prearranged for this - there were 18 of us, mostly in our 60s and 70s.
They were prepared for us and had tables arranged and menus in front of of each seat.
Taryn was our server. She had a digital order taker and easily too our drink orders by couple into her device making it easy for separate checks. This was great.
Watching her work and listening to her, I could tell this wasn’t her first server job.
Drinks came and a while later, she walked around and took our food orders. Appetizers for those who ordered them came out quickly.
Food started coming out about 15 minutes later. If I was to give some constructive feedback, I’d suggest the food running team knew which seat ordered what. As it was, the group was all chatting with each other and didn’t notice or listen well to the food runners. But it all worked out.
A couple of minor misses was cheese on a hamburger when cheese was not asked for, French fries when none were ordered and one order of cross-cut fries that were forgotten but where they rectified it.
The drinks were cold and the food was good and for us big city folk, the prices were nice.
I had their breaded pork tenderloin sandwich with the house salad. Both were excellent. And while the tenderloin wasn’t one of those gigantic ones - it was still much bigger than the bun and I took half of it home.
My wife had a burger and tater tots. She enjoyed both and like me, brought half of her food home.
No one ordered it tonight but I’ve been told by many that the pizza is excellent.
Taryn was very professional and we were lucky to have her take care of us.
I’d come back to eat at...
