The drinks are made well flavor wise, except that the base, the espresso, is incredibly weak. I ordered an Americano and it was weak as cafeteria coffee, instead of 3:1 espresso that should be stronger than drip coffee. The mixed drink was good, but also weak coffee used as the base? I went and got two drinks, also redeeming rewards points today and got my girl a crew neck sweater. Later, I checked my bank statement to discover that the electronic tips they pre-configure include the sweater’s retail total ($40) so the tip made everything more expensive than the actual drinks. Overall Carter's is a great experience throughout.

I appreciate the modern, yet rustic design of the building, and the wide and unique selection of drinks. The baristas are always friendly and accommodating. I appreciate how this location has both drive-thru and walk up options.
