GROSS INCOMPETENTS CAN I Give ZERO STARS. I went there for Back Sugar Waxing. The Friendly Receptionist said they would do what they call a T Shirt which is the Back. the Neck and the Shoulders I had a young Blond pierced female Waxoligist work on me. I thought that she did a good job initially and gave her more than a 20 percent tip but when I got Home I had Clumps of Hair sticking out of my Collared Shirt, on two locations So I Tried using Duct Tape to remove the Clumps of hair that the Young INCOMPETENT Blond Waxoligist missed. I have been to other Places that do waxing and when they are almost done they use a large lighted Magnifier to Examine the work to see if they missed anything but not here they do fast work to get your Money and You out the Door. I Specifically Requested The Receptionist and the Dumb Blond Sugar Waxoligist that most of the hair was between my Shoulders and Neck line This is a Major Problem with Young People Today, They Do Not Follow Instructions and they have NO attention to Details SO. I had to go to another place to Fix the Screw up Job that ( SUGAR ME NOT ) did Not do. I will not be Recommending. SUGAR ME NOT. to anyone. KEEP Screwing up and Loose ...

I went to sugar me now yesterday and had my legs completed and was very pleased with the service I was provided. My esthetician was friendly and talked me through it as this was my first ever sugaring. However, today, when I was home, I was looking at my legs and there are still full patches of hair on my legs. There is some stubble throughout, which I would expect as not all hair is going to grow exactly the same, but these patches include hair that are about 1/4in to 1/2 inch long. Throughout the legs there is also still some hair. It was not cleaned up but the esthetician said everything was coming out so well and easily that I didn't think to check the legs. I love this wax salon so much! I adore the owner Briana, and I have worked with Jewel as well. I have been a loyal customer to this wax salon for about 3 plus years now and I only wax with this location for my brazilian and armpits. I personally take awhile to revisit for my services but no matter how long I wait to revisit, the staff are always friendly, and conversational, especially while receiving the service and it makes the experience so AMAZINGGGG!!! They move so quickly no matter how much or little hair you have in your requested area. And what I love most is that I never notice the hair regrowth!!! I mean not ONE SINGLE ITCH!!
