Infusino's Banquet Hall — Attraction in Racine

Infusino's catered my wedding last month and the experience started off pretty well. The food was good, the price was great, but there were a few problems. First, our appetizers and dinner were each about 30 minutes late and then the bigger problem is that one of their employees stole from our guests. This was all caught on camera and Infusino's refused to take any responsibility. There were no apologies and they told the guest who reached out to them "It isn't our problem". Although I didn't get the pleasure of attending an event at this facility, I was hired to set up a decor for a birthday party. I must share that the location is absolutely beautiful!!!. The staff was extremely friendly and inviting. The set up is extremely nice and would be a wonderful location to host birthday celebrations, dinner parties, wedding reception, showers and more. We held an event in one of the banquet rooms. We were concerned that the adjacent room was in use by a large group with a loud sound system. Other than parking issues--the lot was maxed--it all worked out. By the time our performers arrived, the other room had emptied. The food was excellent!
