This afternoon, my wife and I experienced the most awful customer service @ Stitch Haus. We were actually screamed at multiple times, by an employee, because she couldn't find our order and had to look for it three times. As part of trying to find our order she called the owner. While speaking with the owner, she mispronounced our last name a couple times and we would corrected her. Her response was not apologize, but instead to scream "it doesn't matter'. I had to walk outside, I was so astonished by her behavior. We have all experienced poor customer service, but this was surreal. Once she found our order, she shoved it in my wife's face and told her to leave (no charge). We went back in and asked for the owners contact info and she threatened to call the police. I find it amazing that the owner tolerates this behavior. This woman was down right angry. I would have fired her...

If you can handle artificial scent and enjoy needlepoint, I would think it would be a great local resource. If you have issues with artificial scent, or allergies, I would not recommend.
