I had recently moved to the area with my husband and his family, I explained to a very helpful worker how I was renovating the new house we had just bought and needed some new decorations specifically for the kitchen and dining room. I’m still quite unfamiliar with the area and i’m finding new stores everyday but I can confidently say I will be returning to Nest! I may be wrong on the name but I think she said her name was Kiara. I showed her some photos from Pinterest on the vibes I was looking for on the new decorations and she was instantly able to show me the similar items Nest has. I bought a pillow and within the week decided to return it. I did not have the sales slip but the tags were attached and I brought it in the same bag it was purchased in. I did not expect them to credit the original credit card but I was expecting a credit toward a future purchase. The sales person said their policy was that they did not do returns without a sales slip. Their return policy online in very evasive and does not fully explain that policy, also what store does not return items that have the original tags. After this experience I will definitely do my purchasing elsewhere at a store that repects the customer and has a more honest...

When I’m feeling down and out , some people drink wine , I visit THE NEST in Wayne Pa …., the ambience in this store is so refreshing, breathtaking And makes my soul so happy. Many times I leave with a basket filled with goodies. Reasonably priced , beautifully made And great customer service. I always think when I go there whose house can I decorate? For I only live in an apartment, but the overload of ideas Can truly decorate a full house. From this one store . But my last and final comment , I cannot say it enough …Every time I come here, my soul feels alive. Happy...
