Not worth moving in! Communication is terrible! They will not respond to email. You will have to beg and call several times to get an answer. Your rental amount invoice for the month may or may not be inaccurate each month. And they will not respond with proof of charges. Your vehicle will be towed if it has not up to date with registration, which is expected! However, the steps to take AFTER the issue is resolved is not clear and not mentioned in any lease. Honestly, I loved area and my apartment when I first moved in. About three months ago I noticed a change in management and now my exceeded expectations are now dwindling. Also currently on a call with the front office in regards to the incorrect rental amount. They answered and I asked addressed my concerns. Been on hold for over 20 minutes after being asked to be placed on a BRIEF hold. The lack of empathy as a human being is obscured. Not everyone is looking for confrontation. I just needed clarity. This place is a joke! Update : 40 minutes later and still on hold. Clearly they don’t care what concern you have. They will assist you if they want to!

FOLLOW UP...SO NOW THEY NICK PICKING..WHEN THEY SEARCHED HI AND LOW 2 CHARGE ME $25 FOR A TRASH CAN THAT WAS SITTING ON BACK PORCH BEHIND LAWN EQUIPMENT..I HAD THE SAME STUFF ON MY PORCH SINCE THEY TOOK OVER..THEY WERE THERE 2 CHARGE ME 25.00 NOW I NO LONGER USE VALET TRASH CAUSE WITH ME BEING HANDICAPPED I AM UNABLE 2 GET UP N DOWN STAIRS WITH TRASH CAN WHERE AS B4 I BUY HEFTY BAGS AND WOULD JUST LET THEM BOUNCE DOWN STEPS N MEET AT BOTTOM..SO $20 FOR A SERVICE I DONT USE..

GET UP 2 GO 2 WORK N NOTE ON MY DOOR ABOUT BACK PORCH...GRILL WAS SAID OK WHEN I MOVED IN 3 YRS AGO LONG AS 15 FT FROM PORCH WHEN LIT.PUNCHING BAG THAT SAT ON NEIGHBORS PORCH FOR 2 YEARS MOVED N BEEN ON MINE. SINCE SUMMER REALLY..THIS COMES AFTER MY REVIEW ON HERE WHEN NOTHINGS CHANGE SINCE THEY TOOK OVER LAST YEAR..OR SINCE THEY CHARGE ME FOR A CAN THAT WAS OUT OF SITE.

THEN ON TOP OF THAT..I GO BACK N SCAN MY VIDEO CAMERA THAT SITS IN MY WINDOW..ONLY 2 SEE VIDEO 4 NEXT FEW DAYS WITH A FEW PEOPLE ACROSS FROM ME WITH CANS OUT BEFORE TIME ALLOTTED...NOT IN WHEN SUPPOSED 2 BE..I KEEP WATCHING..NO SERIOUSLY ...I SAT N SPENT HOURS WAITING 4 SOMEONE 2 WALK UP AND PLACE FINE ON DOORS..NOPE DINT HAPPEN..SO IM SUPPOSED 2 PAY A FINE WHEN THEY ARE INCONSISTENT...IF GOING 2 PINALIZE SOMEONE MAKE IT MANDATORY THEN BE ON THE GRIND DONT HALF BUTT SOMETHING.

SO I GUARANTEE THAT BECAUSE OF THIS UPDATE..I WILL WAKE 2 GO 2 WORK WITH THEM NICK PICKING ABOUT SOMETHING ELSE.

WHAT THEY NEED 2 ASK IS WHY THE NEIGHBOR ON THE END DUG A GRAVE AND BURIED HER DOG..BUT THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION 2 STUFF LIKE THAT..

IF THEY LET ME BREAK MY LEASE NO FEE ID BE GONE IN A HEART BEAT..UNTIL THEN...MY APT THRU A PRIVATE OWNER IS BEING HELD FOR ME UNTIL ITS TIME 2 MOVE THE HELL OUT AT END OF APRIL..SIGH.

UNTIL THEY FIND NEXT THING TO NICKLE AND DIME ME ABOUT..

AND YES I GOT AND EMAIL FROM MANAGEMENT..UMM IM LEAVING AT END OF APRIL DONT TRY AND FIX NOTHING NOW..AND DONT TRY AND CHARGE FOR ALL DAMAGES I HAVE PICS TIME STAMPED n DATED.

I AM SCREAMING..MOVE UNDER A BRIDGE B4 YOU MOVE HERE.I been here 3 year's..Moved in 2 a townhouse sight unseen because they did not have one to show..lies started with no water bill..2 me having to pay a huge lump some..oh they said was their fault but did not matter..then nothing was done like it said it would be..counter tops stained and damaged..was told would be upgraded appliance..counters were to get a spray overlay..never happened..walls in bathroom was peeling ..still is..coroded hard wear in tub..still is..tacs coming up through carpet from when the first layed carpet..im a diabetic so have to keep shoes on so feet will not get stuck..finally they get management in that will fix everything..but of course they get rid of them when bought yet I believe a 3rd time since I have been there..new management sucks.

We already had to pay 4 valet trash that I did not use..then decided to use when I became partially handicapped..they had a nice size garbage container..replaced that with a container not even a 3rd of its size..so trash sits in and around it.

Now they charge 25.00 if you do not have in by a 9AM.1st off I have stairs to my front door..I can barely get up and down now without assistance..so taking trash out was already a struggle so now to also lug the can.

Woke up after working 3rd shift to find note taped on door..$25.00 fine because it was put on back porch out of sight..there is no way 2 wash so I dont want to put in house since it is splattered with mud from the ra

Needless 2 say..I am not renewing my lease..and if you are new 2 Raleigh or born and raised here..do DO NOT MOVE HERE...

Oh 4got about the tow truck that comes thru 2 tow your vehicle does not matter if running are not..your tags better be right..cause they help them make money also..like they paying your personal property taxes..

I have sent my renters insurance via email 3 times..its their email that kicks it back..so needless to say they tacked on renters insurance which I am now paying twice..RUNNN.....they are money hungry and will find any reason 2...

The experience was horrible. We arrived around 10am to tour the property. The leasing agent was in her car leaving. She looked right at us and left. We didn't know it was her so we unloaded and went to the door of the beautiful clubhouse to find it locked.

A maintenance worker came to the door and informed us that they would not open for another 30 mins. He didn’t offer for us to come in or anything... he just said what he said and walked off. That's not what the website said but ok...we left and had brunch..came back and the staff was still not available. We sat for another 10-15 minutes and finally a car came speeding up. A woman got out with a bag of food. So basically it was the same person we seen drive off before we left...ate... and came back. Unbelievable.

She invited us inside but she was extremely dry in Personality. I don't wanna focus to much on the actually leading consultant because she might have been having a bad day. Okay...so we asked to see a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. I just want to say please do not believe the pictures on the website. The apartment we were shown looked worst than project apartments. Now that I think more about it... she thought because it would be my daughters first apartment... they would be happy about it. She was so stone face she never engaged in conversation or anything. She just asked he lil questions kinda robot like. I should have known the apartment was gonna look bad considering the steps on the outside was crooked and damn near falling apart. Disgusting carpets...

The apartment smelled and was so gloomy and un unappealing.The Mirror in the bathroom was hanging off of a nail...just shocking. The women didn't even try to sell it...She just stood there. Towards the end she asked what could be improved and we were literally at a lost for words. It was unacceptable especially for $1000 + a month. We felt it was a complete waste of time having to wait for this women to go on a personal errand to get food and to finally be able to tour...it was horrible. Do not waste your time. I sure would feel better if the leasing manager was more helpful. This has not been a warm welcome to the neighborhood at all. On 4/27/2023 when I arrived home late there were no spaces in the parking lot except for one handicap space (there are no handicap residents in my building). Having no other option I pull in the handicap space. Thinking it would be ok it’s late and I leave at 6am every morning anyway. Wrong! Lizard Lick towing towed my vehicle at 12:30 am on 4/28/2023. I understand why it was towed I did in fact park in a handicap space. Upon calling lizard lick towing I was made aware that their offices do not open until 9am and I would be required to pay a $270.00 dollar fee $45 of that fee for storage and $25 for fuel. Why am I responsible for their fuel charge and a storage fee when they’ve had my vehicle less than 24 hours? I contact the leasing manager to make them aware of their not being adequate parking to which there was no accountability. I was told that even employees who are also residents have experienced the same issue and unfortunately would have to park far away from their residence (in a different lot) and walk home. They also mentioned that they are trying to get rid of cars in the neighborhood that aren’t running but taking up spots. How is any of that my problem? The leasing manager refused to do anything about the predatory fees the towing company charges. They are likely getting kickback which is also illegal. When I reached back out to Lizard Lick not only was I met with extremely harsh customer by the receptionist and the owner I was told I could only make my payment in cash. No debit or credit cards could be used. Lizard Lick made this experience extremely difficult for me which absolutely is predatory, outrageous $270 fees, cash only, terrible customer service. Regency Park made the experience no better showing zero compassion for their resident left with no other option than to park in the only available space. I’m regretting my choice of moving to this complex more and more everyday. Only one month in and I pray it...
