Absolutley terrible. The guy that did my nails was so rude and I was there with my friend and we wanted to sit beside eachother but we were not allowed and the man mentioned how everyone has an individual station and was getting angry at her. I showed him an inspo picture and my nails look NOTHING like it and the hearts are so uneven and the wrong colours were used. He didn’t even moisturize my hands and I felt so unwelcome here. They had a random anime girl on the tv with weird music in the background as well and it was so cringe. I am so unbelievably unsatisfied. All the workers have attitude and I felt so unwelcome and so did my friend. My nails look nothing like I wanted at all. He charged an extra $10 for a heart on all my fingers but didn’t even make them even. There were supposed to be multiple hearts but he did huge hearts that were uneven and different sizes with the wrong colours. Worst nail experience EVER, the guy got mad on the first visit because I told him the nails were uneven, and told me ,"don't do that", it was valentines weekend so I just sat through it, I fo nails so I was like I'll just gox them when I go back to Ga. $58 for a polish change eyebrow wax and polish change on my toes. With inexperienced people ! What’s the point of scheduling an appointment with Lisa if the elderly and inexperienced going to do my work.
