Six Forks Station Shopping Center — Attraction in Raleigh

if you are looking for a staff that is understanding and polite then this is not the place for you! Upon moving in the staff were all nice and inviting. The first month that rent was due is when they showed their true colors. I asked a staff member what she thought was the best way to pay the rent. She said to pay online. She instructed me to go to their website and a link would be there to do online payments. I looked for the link and it wasn't there. I called the office and even went into the office a couple of times until I realized it was the 5th and I had to go ahead and pay. When I went to pay Vlasta informed me that we had to pay an extra $50 because it was late. I informed her that her staff told me to pay online and that the link wasn't on the website. She then told me that the website her staff member gave me was wrong, and she gave me to correct website. Upon realizing that her staff member was the reason outs rent was late she still enforced the late fee. We payed the late fee and went on being model tenants. When we found a bigger and nicer home that was also cheaper monthly we decided that we were not going to stay another year. We went into the offcie to let them know. They gave us a form. I told them I wasn't sure of the official move out date. The staff member behind the desk said that it was fine just get my roommates to sign it. That's what I did. They made us pay an extra month of rent because we didn't give the 60 days notice. I let them know what happened and of course the staff member was not honest and we had to pay the extra month. Becasue we had already signed the papers for the new place we moved into the new home before we had to turn in our keys. The day that we were to turn in the keys we went out to the office but no one was there. The next day was January 1st and we went out to the office but again no one was there because of the holiday (understandable). On the 2nd we turned them in (which was apart of the plan because no one was there the first couple of times) and they decided to charge us for two days of rent. So I called to ask them about it and see what they had to say. To make a long story shorter, it ended with the complex manager hanging up in my face. That is TERRIBLE business. We even had friends of our move into the complex (before we knew we were waking with Satan) and not even a month of them being there they told us that they thought the staff their hated them. I wouldn't recommend this...

A mature shopping center with life left in it. Milton's offers a family atmosphere with Italian food and pizza. Taco Bell is one of my go-to places. The young woman at the drive-thru during lunch brings such joy with her smile and personality. K-Mart is a great place to shop and to discover new things and old things. The Subway has been great and the Hardees is very consistent and welcoming. Zest cafe is a unique shop and eatery to be tried by all. Like the PetSmart a lot! Usually easy to find parking and the place is generally neat and clean from parking lot to sidewalk and...

This is the most convenient shopping center in my neighborhood. It has everything...gas station, mechanics, nail salon, movies, grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping areas. The ONLY complaint that I have is parking and driving. There's a intersection on the Strickland Rd side where incoming traffic doesn't stop, but other traffic does stop. It's very tight and confusing. I've lived in this neighborhood for decades and I frequent this shopping center weekly. I really wish they city could setup a better system to direct...
