Crumbl — Restaurant in Raleigh

I would give zero stars if I could. Our family loves Crumbl, but out of all the Raleigh locations we will never visit the Six Forks location again after today. The assistant manager was so ugly to us. He boxed the two cookies, never opened them for us to see and when I put them down to open them he said they were good and we can leave. They are pretty stingy with the amount of frosting/ toppings that they put on the cookies. They never look like what the display pictures show. I asked why the man was being so rude and he said because I complained once before about the toppings not being what's advertised. He said he was the assistant manager and to leave. I told him it costs zero cents to be nice. I was with my children and they even asked me when we left, "Why was that guy being so mean?" We will never be back again. I order cookies from here very often through the Crumbl app and have never had problems with delivery. Last night I ordered and sadly DoorDash messed up big time. Person “couldn’t find” my apartment which has never happened and decided to drop off the box at the front office which was closed. I get there and they were stolen. I called the store asking what could we do and Caroline picked up and PERSONALLY delivered a new box of cookies to me herself. I don’t write google reviews often but Caroline was so accommodating that I feel I had to do this. As a person that works in a customer facing industry, Caroline has gone above and beyond! I had a horrible experience here! DO NOT ORDER online from this store! I ordered cookies for my best friend's birthday three hours before they closed. Money was charged and 20 mins before they closed I get a text saying the order has been canceled. I called to find out why, no answer. I left two vm that night and no call back. I tried the next day and still no call back. My best friend left her birthday dinner to make it in time to get the delivery and it was never made.
