Triangle Drive-in — Attraction in Raleigh

My group and I went to see beetlejuice at the drive in and overall our experience was great. Most of the staff were very helpful and kind. The negative side to this experience was the staff member Sean who was very rude to our group and other customers several times throughout the night. Before the movie began, one of our cars was trying to figure out how to turn off their lights while still being able to hear the movie. As she was sitting in the drivers seat, Sean ran over to the car and instead of kindly trying to assist, he decided to beat the side of her car with his traffic stick several times to get her attention despite her being right beside him. When other car lights were on during the movie for several minutes, he did not go up to this car to make them turn theirs off. At the end of the movie when we were packing up, a group to our left was struggling to fix the hatch on their car. He came over several time saying “you guys need to pack it up and get out” despite us continuously trying to explain to him the situation and help out this car. This process continued several times. At one point, he tried to start an argument by coming up to us after getting annoying and said “repeat that” then lingered behind us where he yet again repeated “you guys need to get out of here”. The couple had to then leave the parking lot with their hatch wide open with no one to help or fix it while it was raining. There were still other cars in the parking lot who needed their cars jumped or were having other issues that were being helped by other staff members. Sean offered no help, hit our cars, and was blatantly rude to customers. Unfortunately, this experience affected our entire group the rest of the evening as we felt singled out...

Just wanted to leave a review for the customer service, have not actually had an opportunity to visit yet. We bought tickets for a Saturday showing the day before, big storm rolled through and received an email first thing the next morning with an apology, explanation of why there wouldn’t be a showing and refund. Later that afternoon, someone texted just to make sure we knew not to come.

Says a lot about the ownership and employees, little things like that have a big impact on me, glad someone was kind enough to be available even on a weekend and ensure we had time to plan something else for...

Great for a night out. Especially if a double feature, can’t beat that price. Screen is set up in parking lot of a movie theater. Smaller screen then Henderson dive in but more convenient location wise to the triangle area. Portable radio can be borrowed from the projector booth if you are sitting outside your car. There are also 2 large speakers in the parking lot. Concessions and bathrooms are in the movie theater building. Recommend watching in the bed of a truck with some pillows and blankets but watching in camping chairs or inside your car are good...
