Lazer X — Attraction in Rancho Cordova

Did not have a good start when arrived for my nephew birthday they state that they open at 4:00 p.m. we arrived at 4:18 p.m. no one was tending to the lazer x counter. We inquired information from the bowling counter an employee stated someone should arrive within 15 minutes but it was already past their opening time bowling employee stated they didn't handle that side for lazer X so we waited in the mist of waiting we observed that same employee putting on a coat as if they were getting ready to end their shift after realizing we've been waiting for over an hour as if that employee just state 15 mins when we arrived just to buy time until their shift ended because again they don't handle that side when management for laxer x was requested a lot of hesitation and more waiting occurred eventually all of a sudden after just waiting for an hour and a half for 1 round of lazer tag someone for the bowling side was miraculously able to assist up but again they don't handle lazer x side and the employee whom represented himself as manager was not the one who assisted us for a game that was also supposed to be 20 minutes and of course was not but overall after all the waiting , broken equipment and disappointment we ended up having a brief moment of enjoyment but that place needs a revaluation, ...

Horrible service. My husband and his friend go there often, and they came to have a good time always play pool and use the quarter machine. They had a new lady working the bar and she gave them the balls and polls even though they played the coin pool table. The older guy who works the bar and another lady came and started arguing with my husband saying it was his fault. What kind of customer service is this? This place is great. I love playing lazer tag here with my friends, especially when they have deals. Otherwise, the pricing isn't too expensive and its not bad for the money you pay. The whole bowling alley is nice and the arcade is very fun to play in. Definitely a place to go and have a blast. The lazer tag field is actually bigger than one would think, with have a staircase and platform in the arena.
