This is absolutely the worst Starbucks. If u are in this area and order through DoorDash. This Starbucks purposely makes u wait for your order to get cold. I didn’t believe until I seen it for myself today. A young lady who was a dasher was picking up an order to deliver for a DoorDash/Starbucks customer. The workers acknowledged her for over 10 minutes time. The 2 cups were sitting on the counter, ready to be delivered but needed to be bagged. First one worker told the other worker to get it done. The other worker said OK and didn’t get to it I watch the Doordash or ask again for the order. The worker said I’ll get to it and continued conversation with another worker. I heard the Doordash or called the customer and apologize for the inconvenience of it being late, but her order is sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered as soon as she receives it, she will deliver it I actually seen this happen before and even though this is the closest Starbucks to my house, I think I’m gonna start going out to the next one closest to me. I don’t like the way these people were treating this Dasher. I’ve actually heard another Dasher previously waiting on an order last week. Have a hard difficult time with the workers as well. That is what made me want to pay attention to what was happening this time management really needs to get their workers on the right page whether if somebody orders from Doordash or any other platform, they are still Starbucks customers they are still waiting for their order. I ordered DoorDash all the time I would expect a merchant to treat a Dasher just as they would treat myself as a normal customer because regardless the food is...
Read moreBad design. The interior layout has the delivery counter at the far end, where items in the counter can't be seen from the people seated at tables. Other counters are obscured by sundry seasonal items (in this case, a cardboard Christmas tree). This location could be easily fixed by changing the layout, but the lack of comprehension seems to be related to the overall site management.
The Starbucks Internet service connects to the router, but there is no Internet connection. Barista Lacy explained to me that there was no way for staff to reach Starbucks Internet provider and they knew somehow of the Internet connection was out.
When I ordered using points, my server didn't know about points and billed my credit card.
*When I asked for the bathroom code, I was given 5 digits that didn't work. The barista omitted the sixth digit which was a #.
*That same barista told me I was a liar. Not good.
There's more, but I've made my point. Service is enthusiastic but incompetent. Read carefully and smile at stupidity.
On the plus side, my coffee was hot and my coffee and food order was filled exactly to order.
Summary: if you visit this store, they will fix any of the problems (with the exception of Internet...
Read moreI work around the block from this location and had a thirty minute lunch which I thought was more than enough time to pick up an iced green tea and get back. Upon entering I was relieved to see only two people ahead of me in line as this location is often busy. On this day it was not busy however and I ordered within a minute. Then I waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for a grande ice tea that doesn't even take twenty five seconds to make. I was absolutely shocked at how inefficient this location was. If I wanted to spend that much time I would've sat down at the cheesecake factory, instead I was explaining to my boss why I was late coming back all over a tea. They could have made good on this by offering me a free drink or at least something to show they value their customers but upon informing the clerk how long I had waited she didn't seem to care. I will never go back to this starbucks. The only reason i would ever go to starbucks is because of convenience, after all the food selection at starbucks is exceptionally poor, and the drinks mediocre and overpriced. If it also takes them 25 minutes to make a drink then I don't know what the point is in them staying...
