The Good Really cool place for kids! Lots of different activities that can keep them entertained for hours! I was really impressed with all of the different options that they had for kids to do. There is a huge indoor tube playground, obstacle courses at varying levels of difficulty, rock walls, basketball trampolines, an arcade, etc etc. The workers at the food station were very sweet and helpful. It was very clean too. The Bad It was my first time coming here & just getting in was very freaking confusing. I didn’t like that the difference between membership purchases & a daily purchase wasn’t explained to me. Actually, nothing was really explained. I think there was a lot of really useful information I could’ve been given at the beginning that would’ve helped with choosing what to pay for. Such as, if you buy one drink for a kid it’s already made up for the $5 difference between a 2 hour package & an all day package. And if you’re paying $25-$30 per person for a couple hours, or one day of access, I really feel like the mandatory socks should be included!! It wasn’t explained to me (of course) that these socks were mandatory. So after I’d already completed my transaction we had to do another one for 5 sets of socks. That’s after paying over $100 for 4 kids to play for 2 hrs 🙄. So $125 total (1 kid had vip). That just seems insane to me. Not including the $65 on food. And then when I did finally make sense of it all & wanted to upgrade the packages we got, we couldn’t 😂. My son paid almost $7 for a tiny icee. The arcade games require you to get a card, & then the point system is confusing & makes no sense either. Why does a game need to be 135 points? 150pts? Etc. It’s a kid’s place. Make it like 5 points. Or a big game 10 points, or whatever. Something easy for kids to track. Why is it in the hundreds?? We played the basketball game & did really well & it didn’t give us any credits for tickets for playing at all. The money aspect of it all was just very very stressful. The whole thing was stressful on the parent end, honestly. $20 on a game card doesn’t go very far. I just don’t understand it w/ businesses right now. If they made their prices more affordable (without requiring a 12 month commitment like they do on their memberships) so many extra parents would be here w/ their kids every day. Parents are always looking for good ways to keep their kids entertained, & worn out. It’s absolutely empty here right now. This should be a great after school hang out for older kids too. But most of them aren’t going to be able to afford either $25-$30 a visit, or a monthly monetarily committed membership. The way this is all set up feels greatly like it’s geared more around hidden ways to get extra $$ instead of it being a good value & easy for kids. All that being said, the kids did have a great time. We’re here for my daughter’s 11th birthday. So it’s a special trip. I spent $200 here today for 2hrs of play & some lunch. And then it tries to get you to tip (these teenagers who really don’t do much) with every single purchase you make!! Why would I tip the guy at the entrance who gave me no info & didn’t help me pick the plan that was best for us? He actually made it really hard, & as I’m apologizing for not understanding, I wasn’t super impressed w/ his social cues & awareness of the fact that I was stressed & could’ve used some help in understanding. I don’t know when I’d be able to drop this much again on something like this. It’s just a bummer cuz we’d be here all the time otherwise. It’s big, exciting, healthy for the kids to get lots of exercise, etc. wish we could come more. Train your employees a little better 😜. Being the man at the gate with all the info is an important job. Someone who fully understands how everything works here, & how to interact with people better, should be the person up there. You’ll see in the pic too with the Xmas decorations…like…they couldn’t hang the sign straight…? Did a kid hang this? Just little things that shows a real lack of caring.

If I could give "zero" stars, I would but had to give 1 star by default. Worse managed place ever. Everything others say on reviews about this place, including staff, cleanliness, food is sad but true. When booking a party or event, don't be fooled by the charms via phone. I booked a group even in advance, including itemized list of food and set time to eat. We showed up early for check in, charged and paid full price for 3 hours of jump time and food service. Private room wasn't ready when we arrived. Our activity start time was delayed because staff spilled water all over the hallway and at the entrance of our room so the Host Ari had to check in our party in the hallway. No socks were given, said they ran out, even though it was part of the package. I had to ask for fruit punch 3 times before getting it an hour later, again suppose to be included in the package. We jumped for an hour, came back upstairs at 630pm ready to eat. By 715pm, no pizza, no fries, no wings, nothing. Not even the Host. Had to wave down other staff to find Ari, and when she finally showed up in the room, told me "It's gonna be a minute. They didn't cook your food. It's not my problem, it's the people downstairs cookin your food. You can talk to my manager." Left. Talk about rude and unprofessional. Spent the next hour chasing store manager Jessica around for an answer and refund. While all this, everyone else left hungry and disappointed. In the end, got a damn business card to call general manager, John Morgan. Left several messages, and emailed a number of times... you guessed it, no response. After a week, had to chase Jessica down via phone. Said she'd talk to John and call me back Monday. Event was 2/12. To this date, still haven't gotten a refund or an apology to say the least. Have not heard from John Morgan, not once. Ridiculous. Definitely first and last for my family, friends and I.

3/15/22: As an update, I finally got a call from John Morgan to rectify the situation. A full refund was issued. Thank you John for listening to...

I bought a membership for my 3yo son and myself because it was cheaper than a single day and closest to our house. I don't recommend this place other than for a single visit. Facility is dirty and there are certain aspects of the kids play area that's been vandalized, unfortunately, and haven't been repaired - slashes in the vinyl that is walked on. In this same play area, there are also really cheap and shoddy repairs like zip ties and duct tape that sometimes my son trips on.

Now, the other areas are nothing special. The trampoline areas are decent enough. Honestly, it's just mediocre at best, especially if you've been to other parks. Ninja course is ok. Other attractions like rock wall and the high jump are only open on the busiest days, which when you have a membership is counter to the reason you get a membership.

Cafe is terrible. Low quality and overpriced like crazy.

I saved the worst for last - and it's regarding the "Munchkin and Me" toddler play times. These are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 - 1. This is the reason I got the membership. Problem is they staff the entire facility with only 3 people. One for the front desk, one manager, and only one person attending to the jump areas. There needs to be staff present to be able to use trampoline areas and there's only 1 person and if this person is not at a station then there's nowhere for your kid to jump. It makes the entire visit pointless. It's lame if you have a membership and it's worse if you pay! I strongly recommend not to go there during these times as it's not worth what you'll pay.

Overall, this place is passable for a single party or visit. You won't be impressed. It's dirty. It's worn. It doesn't look good. It smells like old socks. But, hey, you can bounce on some trampolines and jump - just not on...
