Vista Del Norte Reserve — Attraction in Rancho Palos Verdes

We used to call parts of it Von's Hill.. It was a big shortcut for those of us who live up by Ridgecrest Intermediate school . It was a shortcut to either the mall or the high school. Right in the middle of the preserve was a little "fort" someone dug into the hill. Looks like someone used to sleep there from time to time. You couldn't see it from anywhere unless you already knew it was there. Anyhow great views. They call it a preserve until they can figure a way to build homes in that area.
