The young girl at the counter gave me a very hard time with my return. I was in the previous day to return my purchase but needed time to think it over but the following day I decided to return the item. The worker told me a $36 lower price then the gentleman the previous day. She wouldn’t “help” me and also said some rude choice words to me. I left almost crying. I then drove 40 minutes to the next Talbots in Seal Beach where they were gracious and very helpful and fair. I should have got the name of the person at the rolling hills estates store.
