Regal Promenade — Local services in Rolling Hills Estates

It's a very calm and quiet place but also it was a holiday so perhaps it's normally busier. They had nice decorations around to take some holiday photos. The environment was friendly. I was very happy to see so many POC it made me feel welcomed. I never have before but we were at the cinema to see "The Color Purple," movie. So the atmosphere was very happy, cheery and united. It felt beautiful. The movie was awesome.

They were many shops but they weren't open due to the holiday. ⭐⭐ There's an ice skating rink on the first floor towards the center of the shopping center. The was an available Restaurant open for dining on the first floor on the opposite end. Then young lady who was the hostess that afternoon was polite, super sweet and had great customer service. She gave people directions to the movies theaters. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cinema Staff: Seemed Polite/No amazing customer service but not bad customer service either. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Down points:

The seats worked well and lounged back although we my party and I sat in row H at the top the leather seat were peeling everywhere. Perhaps they're older. They were cracking. You could tell when they turned the lights on or when I shined a light to look for something I had dropped. ⭐⭐ They didn't look like the websites profile seats. ⭐⭐⭐

The Movie The actual Color Purple Movie was incredible. Would definitely watch multiple times. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Getting to the Cinema/Theater:

• Directory near restaurant opposite wind of cinema/theater

• Available parking garage

• Elevators on premises (quickest/nearest option)

• Escalators on premises (all weren't working)

• Stairs on premises if you want a little work out

• Wheelchair accessible

In Theater/Cinema:

• Bathroom near entrance towards the right

• Concession stand towards the left upon entering

• Photo booth towards the right I think there were a few games in that...

Regal Promenade is a little paradise. I love Lynne who is so sweet and usually takes tour ticket. Rhe place is always comfortable and yes like all theaters can sometimes be chilly in the rooms. I LOVE the reclining seats! I one time brought a small pillow and a blanket. My friend brought her patchwork quilt her mom made lol. If you order your tickets online you pre select tour seats. I never do that I just go last minute but usually always get my favorite seat F5 lol yep I'm a little creature of habit and like being in the back in the top. It's super clean your feet won't stick to the floor. Join the regal rewards program you will earn free stuff. They have nice bathrooms and there is ample parking in the mall lot. The concession is pricey same as every theater so hello REGAL REWARDS. Say hi to Lynne see a flick and relax. That's what makes Regal great!! I recently visited Regal Promenade cinema and have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, they still offer their $5.99 Tuesdays promotion, which is a great deal for moviegoers looking to save some money. However, I was disappointed with the size of the 2D screens. They felt noticeably smaller compared to other theaters I've been to, and it affected my overall viewing experience. Additionally, while the cinema has recliners, they are in dire need of maintenance. Many of them were in a bad shape, showing signs of wear and tear. It was quite uncomfortable to sit in them, and it definitely took away from the enjoyment of the movie. I hope the management addresses this issue and invests in improving the condition of the recliners. Despite these drawbacks, the theater staff was friendly and the concessions were reasonably priced. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option on a Tuesday, Regal Promenade cinema's discounted tickets may be worth considering.
