So off we went. We needed her to be sized. To make sure her toe was not rubbing. She needed and wanted attention,she's 91yrs old! Read moreSneaker plus has great customer service. I remember of a time where I had a family member call me because they needed shoes for one of their players NBA workout. I explained the situation to one of the owners of Sneakers plus (after their closing hours I might add) , and they were kind enough to open back up so that I had a little extra time to purchase the shoes to deliver them to a player who's now in the NBA. Even though I'm sure it was an inconvenience for sneakers plus to open back up, they still gave me a immaculate customer service by getting me to the perfect pair of shoes, and they were so kind enough to give me directions to the town I was heading in (seeing as how I wasn't from the trip state area) . Read moreI can’t say enough good things about Sneakers Plus. Their merchandise and customer service is excellent but what really puts this place over the top is the family oriented atmosphere. Chris and Fran Gacos hired my daughter who has autism. They have supported her and encouraged her all along the way. She loves working there and she is doing a great job. Her co-workers could not be nicer to her. Many special needs individuals have their opportunities for employment limited. However it is people like Chris and Fran and places like Sneakers Plus which make an important impact on our community and should serve as models for recognizing that people are not disabled, they are differently abled, and they can make valuable contributions to...
