Burger King — Restaurant in Flemington

I want to like this location. I REALLY want to like it. It's close to my job, it's open late, and it's convenient. That said, the night shift here makes it impossible to give more than two stars. They CONSTANTLY make errors on your order. If it was once, meh, mistakes happen. Twice? Maybe they were having a bad night. But a mistake every time you order in the drive through? That's incompetence.

Don't bother customizing a drink if you use the app to order ahead. They either don't read the options or simply don't care to. As a diabetic that often orders unsweetened iced tea, I have yet to have them get it right - they ALWAYS hand me sweetened tea. And God help you if you want no ice! They screw that up as well.

Save yourself a headache if you want takeout at night and visit McDonald's or Wendy's instead. This Burger King WILL mess up your order.

To the owner of this particular franchise location, please invest in training your night crew. Whenever I go during daylight hours, the service is quick and flawless. But after dark, it's hit or miss at best. *

Double check your drive through orders! I repeat, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DRIVE THROUGH ORDERS! Save yourself a return trip so you get exactly what you ordered and paid for without having to deal with driving around the circle a second time...

This is the absolute worst Burger King I’ve ever been to in my life. The food taste like reheated freezer burned items, Especially their chicken nuggets. The drive-through experience I just had was the most ridiculous ever. The guy at the window sounded like he was also making the food while taking my order missed two items which I then had to repeat twice and then still got it all wrong. There must be like one or two people that work here and that’s it. This place either needs to close or needs to get new ownership, because the food is terrible the service is terrible. There’s never a soul in the parking lot or inside the building (Which should be a telltale sign, but every once in a while, you really crave a whopper) I have given this place multiple chances and I’ve had enough. Burger King has always been great but I had to write this review in particular because of Pedro. Pedro works the drive through and he is absolutely the best part of this particular location. I was having a rough day today. I stopped here to grab a quick snack for my daughter while we were running errands and having one obstacle come up after the next.. Pedro was so sweet. He asked me how my day was and even attempted to cheer me up. Which absolutely worked! All within a 3 minute period of picking up food in a drive through. There aren’t people like Pedro around much anymore. Burger King, you’ve got a star employee here. Truly an asset to the company. If he isn’t managing the place already, he should be.
