UP IN SMOKE — Attraction in Raritan Township

Never go to this store if you don't want to be deceived and robbed! I have my own bitter experience. On 07/08/2025 I went to this store to buy a Lava vape. I also asked the seller for something to sleep with at night. To which he offered me another golden-colored vape of the Indica variety for $100. However, it was without markings and a box. The seller assured me of its contents and properties and indicated that this product does not have a box and is sold as such. Yes, I took a risk, because I believed the person behind the counter. Yes, I left $127.22 in the store. But in the evening I realized that I had been cruelly deceived, and instead of the promised fruit punch was inserted. The next day I went to this store again to return the goods, but there was already another seller. And when I asked her to return my money for the poor-quality and incomprehensible product, she flatly refused and started yelling at me. I had to get out my camera and film it to be able to protect my interests. I will add the video additionally. I did not want to continue communicating when they were yelling at me, so I left the product on the counter, which I recorded on camera, and asked to return my payment, which I made by card. However, I never saw any apologies or my money. I have no right to forgive such impudent behavior, deception of customers, and blatant disregard for the law. I am currently looking for a lawyer to go to court and recover from these scammers what was stolen from me, all current expenses, and moral damages for cynical deception and misappropriation of my money. Not good. Stay away. Was sold a vaporizer for $40 over what it can be bought for online, a model that has inherent problems, and then was ducked by the owner when I wanted to come in an exchange it. Charged cash and no tax was collected which is against the law. Reported to NJ state division of taxation. Now I'm stuck with a junk unit when all I wanted was to exchange for a different model. Not worth the trip. Overpriced, no return policy, and Vinny and Karen couldn't care less about doing right by a customer that spent over $200 in their store in less than a week.

Karin was not in the shop after 1 pm like I was told she was when Vinny told me to come back. So two wasted trips. She admits to having very little knowledge of the products she is selling. Smok and Vapor DNA told me anyone in the business knows the G320 is junk. No posted policy about not returning electronic devices. No tax collected, which is against the law. Vinny quoted me $85 on the kit the week prior when I spent $50 on coils and juice for another unit I own. Would have been happy to buy a more reliable unit as the G320 has issues with the battery door breaking and the screen going blank which is all I am waiting for to complete my miserable experience. Do the right thing, take the junk mod back, switch tanks to a better unit, and that will leave you with a shred of credibility. You know where I work, call me any time. Otherwise, spread your BS...
