Marshalls — Local services in Raritan Township

I just left the Flemington Marshall’s and I have to say never in my ten years of living in this beautiful town have I ever experienced such a horrible experience in the Flemington Marshall’s. I found a bathing suit bottom that had no tag and was a separate. It was but itself and it was the only bottom that had fit me perfectly. As I went to check out, I was standing waiting for the cashier Margarita, who seemed too invested in her conversation with her coworker that I was not greeted in a timely fashion. She doesn’t even call me to her lane, I soon just walked up as i was patiently waiting but had to go run the rest of my errands. Margarita was pompously rude and told me “I WILL NOT be buying this bathing suit bottom tonight”. I was stunned as to how she spoke to me. I asked for her manager EKA who I thought would be nicer, however she refused to do anything for me too and also repeated “SHE WILL NOT BE SELLING ME THIS BOTTOM”. I did but other items and I felt that they were attacking me and refusing to help me make my purchase. I asked multiple times if there is anything she can do for me as I am a Marshall’s customer and I spend a lot of my money here, she said no. Margarita began to chime in and holler things in the back about me, loudly and began pointing her fingers at me. I am shocked because this was not the experience I was expecting. I am super upset and honestly I will not be buying anything from Flemington Marshall’s for as long as Eka and Margarita are there. They are simply very mean ladies and do not belong in customer service let alone in the...

I I am frequently visit most of Marshalls and TJ max because i am working for TJmax warehouse PHILLY. SO This store is part of my company.. i went this Marshall. when I finished my purchase i ask for member association discount . i show my pay check of last month. Lady work on sales floor Name Nicole (store Number 0440) Flamington NJ she said i need most recent pay check for 10% discount . i been all over place for Marshal and TJmax. they just scan my pay check and ask me my store Number and give me discount . but this place they are totally rude. i said i am working for TJMAX company but she didn't listen me .

If same company people showing this kind of Rudeness then No one like to work on This kind of TJMAX company.

I have been shopping at Marshalls since I was a kid, starting with my first Marshalls in Hackettstown. I loved being able to find clothes that were cute and affordable. Today I went to the Marshalls in Flemington, NJ in order to get some clothes for a cruise I will be going on. Their plus size section was one rack, and the clothes were limited and not stylish. The entire rest of the store consisted of clothes from small to x-large. They had hundreds of pretty dresses. Not even one rack of dresses was for plus size clothes. I am not sure if this is a reflection of all Marshalls or just of the Flemington store. I would like to provide a little information to help them understanding how ridiculous it is to discriminate against plus size people: the average United States women's dress size is between 16 and 18.
