Highly recommend! I bought a new phone & was told my contacts,( 300 +) photos ( over 1000) just couldn't be transferred over to new phone by my carrier. I tried another place & was told " we don't touch Pixels" but maybe " Fastlane" might. The minute I walked Fastlane Gadget, I was greeted by Alex then met Jim. Both are the kindest, positive , knowledge & sincere people. The comunication is outstanding & they both explain in language that the "non tech" can relate to. After talking, they both went above & beyond to find a solution to get all my contacts & photos transferred to new phone. Jim found a way , spend lots of time & determined to get these for me. They "both" make you feel youre the most important customer in the store. It a bit of a distance for me to get to but I will not go anywhere else if I need any help with any of my " gadgets" Big shout out to both of you!! And.... Read moreI walked into FastLane today ready to burst into tears of frustration after 3 unsuccessful trips to Staples and a general sense that nothing could be done to help fix my laptop, which would not power up and would not take any form of charge. Nothing. Just a blank screen and no power indicator lights. Jim took the time to hear what was happening and understand how upset I was, and he reassured me that it was very likely a situation that could be fixed. Within 5 minutes, he had the battery charging, explained what the problem could be, and he offered a solution for ordering a new battery if it was needed. I was happy to pay for the consult and help, and he asked for nothing in return. He was professional, understanding, and knowledgeable, and I appreciated him taking the time to explain the possible problems and solutions. Nobody should bother wasting time at Staples! Read moreHuge shout out to the guys here at Fast Lane. My phone screen was green and wouldn’t turn on, I brought it to a big name store and they told me I needed to replace the screen. I went ahead and bought a new phone. I brought my old phone to get things transferred (Xfinity recommended this place and said “the guy works magic).
The xfinity guy wasn’t lying. This place let me know that the issue with my phone could be fixed. They saved everything and were able to transfer my old information onto my new phone. I was locked out of everything and they managed to help me unlock it all!! My email, my pictures, contacts, everything. There were a few bumps in the road trying to get to the end goal (not their fault at all) but they remained patient and helpful. I wish I came here first! Believe all these reviews!
